So this time I gave Qwen 3.8 27B a few pictures I liked and asked it to use my custom pipeline (basically a studio now) to generate a few more images, and it came up with this. I have more but I can't upload more in one post.

I basically let it decide everything: the pose, the light, the frame... and only gave it 20 "good" generated images and it was able to re-produce, in my opinion, quite realistic new ones. Then I asked it to fine-tune the studio so that future images are closer to this output.

I might as well train my own model later, specifically for generating "realistic" looking NSFW images. Anyway, let me know what you think of it!

Not the best, but different. Same studio, same workflow as in all of my posts. Let me know if you have other ideas to try!

Hey everyone! Some of my posts have blown up recently and I've gotten quite a few questions about Claire, my first lora. Let me walk you through the process of how I made the images and how I trained the lora. First and foremost, this method costs a little money, as I don't have my pc or the software set up correctly to locally train. I used civitai.red to train the lora. I had to input like $15 in crypto to my wallet and the training cost around $1.20. You can still follow the steps below to generate your reference images for free and then train it however you see fit.

Making Reference Images

At the beginning of this, the one thing I didn't understand was how people generated consistent faces. So, after some back and fourth with Hermes (an AI from Nous Research), I found this comfyUI workflow from Aurel Manea. I used Krea 2 Soft as the base model for generation.

Settings: Fixed seed, 8 steps, 1.0 CFG, euler, simple, denoise 1.00

From my understanding of how it works, it creates a loop of X amount of generations that are set by the user. It references a prompt and is instructed to make as many generations as there are the words "SCENE X". So in this scenario, Hermes came up with 12 reference scenes and I copy/pasted the character description under each scene. It looks something like this:

Training Your Lora

civitai.red's lora trainer is pretty straight forward. I chose the base model I wanted to use (Krea 2), uploaded the images to the trainer, named it, gave it a trigger word, and used the scene descriptors Hermes created as the caption for the images. It is important that you describe the scenes in a specific way, i.e. not using character descriptions, instead using what the photograph is.

I let the lora train to 10 epochs, which took about 1.2 hours, and then just downloaded it and put it in my lora folder.

One of the series I've had the most fun to make. Although it is simple, I found that exploring different dresses, lingerie, swimsuits and cosplay outfits in different poses was a good time. Little extra at the end. Enjoy!
