Thanks for being awesome, everyone! Let's chat!

Who is yukari calling to?,why are her calling? And... What were they talking about? 😀

my twitter

Viva El Rey!!!

I drew these 3 inspired by real historical figures aboard the Trinidad :o

Sanae is based on Pedro de Valderrama (Priest who held the first mass in the Philippine Islands)

Aya is based on Antonio Pigafetta (he kept records of their travels and reported it back to Spain)

Momiji is based on Magellan (the captain of the trinidad)

The text means "entrance of the conquistadors." However entrada was also the term for a form of an armed religious conversion. I found it fitting for their characters hehe :D

This by far is the longest ive taken to draw anything 🥹

Took longer to draw than most of my comics :>

I few posts ago, someone told me to draw momiji with an arquebus...

After a few chain reactions including consecutive tests in my history subject abt the spanish empire as well as seeing people draw tohos in militaries, ive decided I should do that already >:D

I honestly have this slight obsession with the age of discovery and pike and shot warfare. Its a time where science advanced but tradition stayed. I find it so cool!! Like... knights with guns, massive cavalry charges just to be met with pikes, then the smoke from the arquebus gosh i find it so coollll :o

Yk those guys who obsess over ww2. Im that but pike and shot era / age of discovery 😭😭😭

Its fascinating to think abt how the spanish managed to colonize so much of the world while being in conflicts with Pamplona (vs france) and against the moors to their south! I love larping knowing how a tercio works. I have multiple spanish style weapon replicas that i built. Most of the instruments I play are actually spanish instruments brought to my country. Their music is cool. I love knowing random things about ships, galleons are so cool. Paella rice is cool :D

Anyway I have a midterms test on them on monday. Consider this drawing as my "i will get a good score" ritual 🥹🥹

I noticed the lead mod being rather rude to someone who made a tier list but didn't properly cite every image. When I noted that being what people dislike about this sub he said he doesn't actually care and people can go elsewhere.

It fascinates me this place would be so uptight about stuff but then tell you to get lost when you call them out.

What do you guys think?
