Hi! My English isn't very good, so please excuse me if I make any mistakes.
I planted this tomato plant at the beginning of summer. It's currently almost 20 cm tall, and it's already grown this tomato. I know it's in a small pot, but it's been raining a lot in my area lately, and I was waiting for the rain to stop so I could move it to a bigger pot.
I wanted to know if it's producing fruit while still so small because of the limited space, or if it's normal for tomatoes to start growing this early. If it's not normal, should I remove the tomato and let the plant grow a bit bigger first?

A few months ago, Rabbits got into our Tomato garden and ate a few.
No big deal, their cute.
They pooped all over with tomatoe seeds. So we let it go and see what happens.
Some grew then died or got eaten by Rabbits, again.
Then we saw one that had potential so we place a cage and stick to embrace the main trunk
Behold....

I'm trying to do better than last year so I'm going to buy seeds and grow them myself. Does anyone have experience in my area and can recommend varieties? I will grow Sun Sugar as my cherry and probably Cherokee Purple. I plant 7ish total, 4 for sauce, 1 salad/slicer, 1 cherry, and 1 or 2 heirlooms.
The heat has just screwed up production from July 15 to Sept 1.

When should you order seeds to assure you get new seeds for next spring? How should I store them until they're used?

They look kind of transparent. There is no sign of bugs or anything on or under the leaves.(young purple Cherokee) thanks very much.

So there have been quite a bit of storms/strong rains and i found a long time ago the plants damaged and eaten i thought i was a one time thing but now the plants are strong and healthy but some leafs are eaten, i read on google that it might have been snails
But the bite marks are too little to think for that so i thought i was some caterpillar but i didn't find anything, so do you all have a natural remedie against all plant eating insects/invertebrates?
Ps. I live in italy south regions

Noticed this beefsteak had a very thick looking stalk with lots of flowers crammed together. Some of the flowers unfurled, the rest turned into... This. 😂
It's still early days for this one, I'm going to keep it on the plant for science. I have 3 other Beefsteaks so no worries on a smaller yield by keeping this monster.

Hi everybody,
we're kind of new to the planting tomatoes in the garden business and still amateurs.
I've read somewhere, there is a reddit for every topic you could imagine (i guess they were right xD)
So my question would be, which are your absolute favorites you plant every year bc you love them so much? (I live in Austria)
Kind regards :)

Over the last couple of years I have bought tomato seeds here and there. This has brought me in that situation, that now I have so many different varieties. I have a hard time choosing what i should plant next year. So I am looking for all the advice I can get. So give me all your critics, experiences, upsides and downsides, if you have any, with the varieties I have on hand.
I am in zone 7a or 8a.
I have taken some pics of the different varities and you should be able to zoom in on the pics to see the names.
Thank you for your attention on this matter!😁😉

The Scotia Tomato Plants I’m growing indoors are getting bigger. There are already several fruit forming and by November some of them will be ripe 🙂. For anyone interested in the lights pictured, I’m using a Barrina grow light rack that came with 6 - 30Watt - 3 foot long high efficiency full spectrum grow lights (the entire system is 180 watts). When I’m growing the tomatoes I’m only using the bottom set of lights so that is 2 - 30 watt lights (60 watts) for 2 plants The rack isn’t currently available on Amazon but the lights are. You would just need to find a rack or something else to attach them to. Here is the link to the lights: https://link.amazon/B068RjlAW

This is pretty late season tomato (zone 5b), but I've been seeing this intermittently throughout the season, especially in my cherry tomatoes. Are these white spots just a fact of home grown tomatoes, disease related, or a nutrient issue?
