Seeking Information If the maple losers actually build their arena at the ex instead of sharing the bank with the Raptors where would TFC play?

We prob already know that the bank was originally suppose to be basketball only until the maple losers bought the Raptors and change the whole plan but before that they were planning on building their own arena that's ice hockey only. One of the sites they proposed was union station and that failed. Another site they had in mind was at the ex presumably the site of exhibition stadium now BMO Field. This got me thinking if the maple losers actually build their arena at the ex where would TFC play years later when they join the MLS?
