General Discussion Server recommendations?
I'm currently on server 726 but I still have time to switch. Is it worth switching to another server, are there more heavily populated servers?

I'm ops 31, dual fed/kli faction and I'd like to get both those 34 epics when I level without locking those factions, then switch to fed/rom to get the third ship. Can you get all three without locking? I'd like to keep either kli or rom hostile for FKR hunting events.

I hope everyone is having an awesome day! This video is meant for G6 (or even earlier!) players who like to prep for what's coming. To get into G7 you need to complete a mission series called "The Margins". Inside this Star Trek Fleet Command progression system is a tall task (historically): Defeat 10 lvl 71+ hostiles in a margins system. This video will show you how you can accomplish this task prior to even being operations 70.
Topics covered:
Huge thank you to all the players who use and interact in my Discord
Using the Relativity to prep for G7

I searched for information on this topic. I keep finding that the solution is to complete ticket events. Which ones should I be completing? Are there any other means of attaining these at Ops 61? I think I accidentally skipped this farming and now can't open the superhighways.

I started not too long ago and I want to get more involved with pvp. I understand I won't have the best setup starting out but I'm looking for alliances that fight over territory control and so on and have a hub where the majority of the alliance is stationed at. Anyone recruiting?

Ops 61 here. Dunno if this is a known bug or not. But apparently, in stfc, when you try to upgrade an FT or CT, it usually shows you the FT or CT of the previous ship.
Let me share an example :
Vger ship
Enterprise-D ship
Vger has FT and CT both. Let's call them 1 and 2.
Enterprise-D also has an FT and CT. Let's call them 3 and 4.
You upgrade the FT on Vger, both 1 and 2.
Now you change ship to Enterprise-D.
Now, instead of showing you 3 and 4, it shows you 1 and 2 only.
The only way to get 3 and 4 shown to you is to restart the game.

Ops 36 here
Am still trying to work out FTs and CTs when it comes to equipping them on a ship. Asked my fellow alliance members but the answer still confuses me.
Question is can I equip either an FT or CT on more than one ship?
EG: I've got an FT currently equipped on my ENT and was wanting to do so on one (or all) of my miners. When I tried it told me I needed to have the ship with FT docked to equip on another ship. I docked the ENT and equipped the FT on the miner but the FT on ENT then disappeared...So basically is that meaning no I can't have em on more than one ship or am I doing something wrong?

Hey everyone and I hope you're having a great day! The USS Voyager can help a high level (hey who doesn't need more repair efficiency?!) and low levels (isolytic artifacts!) with it's loop. This video goes over the loop in it's entirety as well as how you can get one of the only secret easter eggs in Star Trek Fleet Command (really hope they make more of these!)
Topics covered:
1. How to get the rare Silver Blooded Voyager avatar
2. The hostile (and mining) grind: getting started
3. The modern day benefits of the Voyager

I learned my lesson: never do ticketed events. I tried and failed to hit 900 (I got to 700).

I'm at level 4 (out of 5) for the Augment faction Favors: Superior Reserves: Station, Sigma Reserves: Station, Superior Reserves: Ship Materials, Sigma Reserves: Ship Parts, Sigma Reserves: Repairs, and Capacious Vessel. I'm at maximum Augment faction reputation, but don't see any option to progress any further with these six Augment faction Favors - are they ops level locked? If so, does anyone know what ops level? I've looked at stfc.space, but that doesn't specify the requirements, so is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

It's not any of my tracks that I know of and my event store is clear that I'm aware of...

I just wanted to give June from STFC Customer Support a bit of recognition for some genuinely great customer service.
I've been playing STFC since March 2018 across several different accounts. After about six months away from the game because of severe hypertension and a cancer scare, I've recently started playing properly again on my two accounts on the EU401 server. Thankfully, my health has improved and my adrenal tumour results came back clear, so it's good to be enjoying life and the game again.
I've been finding the quality-of-life improvements and the Battle Pass choice tokens really helpful for catching up after being away.
Unfortunately, I'd made a bit of a mistake with my Klingon Faction Credits. I'd spent 390,000 credits on 130 Vor'Cha blueprints, at 3,000 credits each, and then realised I'd probably have been better off concentrating on Klingon Pioneer reputation and working towards the G5 rare Quv'sompek instead.
I contacted Support to ask whether there was any chance of getting the credits back. I knew I was asking for a favour and wasn't expecting anything, but as they say, if you don't ask, you don't get!
I've always found that being kind and respectful towards customer support staff goes a long way. Obviously, nobody is obliged to say yes, but in my experience, approaching people with kindness and understanding makes a real difference. There's a real person on the other end of that ticket, and a bit of kindness costs nothing.
June took the time to check my account properly and discovered that not all 130 blueprints had come from the Faction Store. Some had been obtained through Armada Reward Exchanges and PvE loot.
She offered a one-time courtesy exchange: remove the 116 blueprints I'd actually bought with faction credits and return 348,000 Klingon Faction Credits, leaving the other 14 blueprints untouched.
I thought that was a really fair solution, so I accepted. June followed through and confirmed that the exchange had been completed exactly as agreed.
The speed of the whole interaction was particularly impressive. From my initial request to the completed exchange, everything was sorted in just under eight hours. June's reply came within a few hours, and once I'd accepted her proposal, she completed the exchange and confirmed everything within another 11 minutes. That's brilliant service!
I also really appreciated the kind email she sent when she first replied. She took the time to acknowledge what I'd been through with my health and wish me well, which was a lovely touch. When I thanked her and asked whether she'd be happy for me to share my experience on the official subreddit, her response was just as kind and welcoming. I'd also suggested that my appreciation could be passed on internally, and June kindly confirmed she'd be happy to do that too.
I know customer support gets a lot of criticism, and sometimes rightly so, but I think it's important to give credit where it's due as well.
I asked June's permission before posting this, and she kindly agreed. I wanted to share my experience because she genuinely deserves the recognition. It's refreshing to have such a positive interaction with customer support, and I'm really grateful for the effort she put into helping me.
For reference, the support ticket was #28877329, in case anyone wants to refer to the case.
And before anyone starts putting two and two together, no, I'm not a Scopely, Savvy Games Group or DIGIT Studios employee! 😂 Just a player giving credit where it's due.
Thanks again, June. Your kindness and excellent service are very much appreciated!

Every time, at the launch of the game, Toryn (Andorian) talks about the front line and the Galorndon Core. What am I missing? Is this attached to a mission? Can't figure it out or my lvl is too low to complete a mission... any insight?

I keep searching for a unified source via google for this info, but never able to locate one, so I figured it might help others to have this located on reddit, as it would for me.

I’ve been playing off and on for awhile, but I’m completely stuck on the Franklin build mission. I have the mission and I have 2/3 of the blueprints but am stuck on getting new blueprints. I have a swarm mission to gather frequency mods, but am not sure how to get more. Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, I haven't played this game, but I'm thinking of trying it.
I have watched a few YouTube playthroughs and I noticed that players access the Holodeck building before starting a mission.
Does that mean all missions in the game are just holodeck simulations or are some of them "real" within the game's universe? I want to play Fleet Command for the story, but if the story is just the game character messing around on a holodeck, I don't know if I can get invested in it.

Hi all, I’m looking for some advice on G5 faction ships. Mainly whether do I need a G5 UC or I can skip and go for G5 rare (gonna be Sanctus) instead. When I moved from G3 to G4, I was using two G3 epics (Enterprise and Augur) to keep me going until I got the Pilum.
I don’t have any G4 Epics, not sure would I spend credits to build one, though I hear repair cost is much cheaper than G5 UC.
Other specialty ships such as Relativity and NSEA at T10, will these be able get me through to until I can get the Sanctus? Especially build and research times have been massively reduced, cost a lot less to speed up researches and so on. Many thanks!

I’m a big Star Trek fan. I played this game 3+ years ago and got bored. Wanting to get back into it and have restarted my account.
Are there any active servers still out there? If so, any suggestions for me to relocate?

Today was the scheduled maintenance and after it was finished and the new update was out I saw this, how freaking greedy can someone be? 100€ per pack? WTF
