Just a reminder that channel 144 is now Deep Tracks

I flew too close to the sun.

Just got notice that this is my last month of my year deal of 3.98/month plus tax. Future pricing would be $25.99 + tax. Chatted with "Harmony" about cancelling, reason: my bill goes up 500%. First it offered 6.99/mo plus tax, then 5.99. I asked for 3.99 and 4.99 but it said 5.99 was the lowest it could go. I guess that's only 12 bucks more a year than I was offering it but it's the principle of the thing. My car's ten years old so after my sub actually ends in Nov I'll try all the links for deals then keep an eye out for a deal via email or snail mail, ideally 4.99/mo or less.

I only listen on the app (no hardwired radio in my car) and Classic Vinyl’s volume goes up and down (actually sounds close then far away, if that makes sense). It happens in my car and when I’m just listening through my phone. Has anybody noticed this?

Am I crazy or did it use to be an actual countdown?

I've noticed for some time that on talk channels, especially sports talk, that the title of the show or segment populates into the artist blank, while the hosts' or speakers' names get put into the track title field. Is this the conscious decision of some underpaid data entry intern?

Or is the feed to the app boned?

Neither my Fire TV nor my phone can connect.

I wish SXM had a station that plays what alt nation and octane does on the same channel.

I got my renewal (it was $9.05 after tax) and I requested at renewal at 5.99 and it was immediately accepted (6.78 after tax). I'll try to go lower next year!

So, I've noticed this for quite a while, at least 1 or 2 years, but its gotten more noticeable the last several weeks to few months:

When listening to the satellite broadcast, on seemingly any channel (music at least, I haven't noticed on BBC World Service or Progressive talk but I listen to music much more regularly), there will be a very brief cut out, or like a break up in the audio. It doesn't even last a full second typically, though at its worst, it has.

It used to only be occasional, now its happening at least once on more days than not. Initially I thought it was something to do with my setup, I changed speaker docks, still happens. Changed reciever heads (onyx plus, onyx Ezr etc), still happens. Changed antennas, still happens. Also, ive confirmed its not a signal issue on my onyx EZRs signal strength menu, it happens even with signal staying 100%, and I've got a clear view of the southern sky.

Anyone else out there experiencing this? Anyone got any ideas on what's causing this?

I don't think enough people appreciate how extensive the sports coverage is on SiriusXM. Nearly every game in every sport is available on SiriusXM all included in your subscription.

Best part is you can get the home team broadcast of your favorite team. Every game home and away. MLB, NFL. NBA, NHL major college football, soccer. NASCAR.

With so much sports on TV behind pay walls, the audio feeds remain very affordable and available.

Has anyone else had sudden problems with SiriusXM dropping out when using their app speaker drop down menu ? It stopped working for me last week and had to find a workaround but the app drop down, although it works, always cuts out within 2-3: minutes of playing.

I miss it🥺🥺

Yeah, can't stand her.

Do you remember XM?

I know it was a temporary thing, and the channel itself was mobile exclusive, but man it played some great stuff! he moved to iheart radio and it doesnt hit the same. im sure it wasnt popular, but they even got rid of faction to bring over the new green day channel which is just okay at best. anyone else listen to the station or show on first wave frequently?

Why does it buffer every 5th song or so. Slow network my ass, the 4K movies on my 1gig network are working just fine. I’m sure it’s slow SXM servers that are garbage

How'd you like Jeff Beck's version of Jailhouse Rock?!

LOLOLOLOL!!!!!

Does anybody know where I can get a radio (or two) repaired? I have two Sanyo CRSR-10 that are stuck in the reboot loop.

What options are out there in the sub $250 range? A Grace GDI-SXTTR2 is in the garage and plan to move it in the neareby metal barn where sound quality isn't much of an issue. Built-in speakers are a must.

It took 13 years... But after not being able to secure an acceptable ($5-6 per month is always my target) renewal offer, I cancelled the service.

The sub runs through Nov 2... How long after will the "new activation" offers and promos be available or arriving?
