hi community of reddit about sims 4 cc!

sorry in advance if my english isnt good!

i have a favor to ask, i redid all my cc folder (because i wanted to start over new), so i deleted all i had. the problem is, i never thought i wouldnt find a certain cc i reeeeally love.

its a frame/pic short in height nd long in lenght, like a rectangle, which says stuff like "home is a place where..." and has about eight or ten swatches i think?

it looked kind of alpha style.

i tried looking eveywhere and I couldn't find it, and i reeeeaally loved it, i used to put it in the entrance or above the tv in the living room, it was in all the houses i played and i reaally need it so my heart stops aching being sad and hurt for my stupidity of not saving the cc i didnt want to lose...

if someone could help me find it i would be very grateful, thanks in advance! hope u all have a beautiful rest of the day!

Hello everyone,
I‘m having an issue with one piece of the estate kitchen set from felixandre. Apparently it is missing it’s texture. Every other item from the set is fine, just this one is glitchy. I already uninstalled and re downloaded but that didn’t help. Anyone any ideas what else I could try to make it work?

wcif the brows? original post is peachibunnii :)

Hi there! I'm making a large palace with multifloor open underneath grand entrances when placing chandeliers it bothers me a lot that sometimes the lights look like they're hanging from nothing. Does anyone know of a chain cc that could be used to look like it's connectung the lamp to the ceiling in another floor? I remember Sims3 had an object like this from one of the Store sets.

Also, if anyone has any tip on how to create that illusion using objects already in-game I'd appreciate them a lot!

Thank you all in advance!

So I recently got into CC after only playing with Mods, and I want to make my sims look better. I have a few skin overlays and some makeup that I'm happy with. But I would love to have some CC clothes/shoes/accessories too. I mostly create modern day witches, fairies and goths. One of my favorite sims to play has a dark academia aesthetic. Can someone help me find creators that create the following aesthetics:

Witchy (like a modern witch/whimsy goth style)

Gothic

Fairycore

Dark Academia (male and female outfits)

Regular street style (male and female fits)

Coquette

And honestly whatever is trendy atm.

I don't know if I'm being too picky. But any help is greatly appreciated <3

i want my Oc to look accurate on the sims 4 too, but i’m constantly struggling with how I wanna change their face. Based off the commissions I get for them (along with my own drawings I make of them), I can’t seem to replicate their face on the sims.

I think my first issue is how big I make everything. I want their face to be cute, but also still have their stotic and monotone expression as Xavier is not one to be very expressive nor showcase much emotion. i like that their lips are big, but i also feel they could be a tad smaller. them having pouty lips is the point as it’s apart of their design.

idk how to describe it…i wanna say somewhat like a baby face but ya know, i don’t want to infantilize them. I really like the commission work I got for them (second slide) and Ive been using that to try and make changes to their face, but Im not getting anywhere that fits my liking lol. I know Xavier’s face is round and a a bit chubby (hope i’m not misusing words) but i cannot incorporate that onto their sim for some reason and it’s frustrating.

art in the second image is by xamag_draws by the way! awesome artist i commission often!

i also starting using SRWE, im still learning how to make it work for me lol

every time i make a male sim his head looks amazing and i have almost no male cc clothes i cant find any that arent behind a paywall

I have 4 male lashes in game...and like 4 skins overlays for the men please recommend me some

NOT THE EYE PRESETS!! Just the eye irises in the images shown??

i just want fuzzy knee/thigh high boots, maxis match or alpha, doesn't matter. i can't pay for ppl's patreons tho so pls only links to free things i'm sorry ;-; already have downloaded this and some legwarmers but i'm just hoping somebodys got the magic link, fingers crossed lmao

I'm trying to find functional off-the-grid ceiling lights that aren't candles or the candle chandeliers thats in the game. i Just want some basic, practical ceiling lights that work of the grid, also thats cute something like these pics or similer. thx

I'm doing a legacy challenge, and I need some CC for my kiddoos! Anyone know any good CC creators?

How it looks in game and how it should look.

I allready fixed the composition method to 0. I made a clean copy, the base archive is base game.

What else can i do??

so i rlly rlly like the look of the sims 2 right, but ik alpha cc is gonna bloat ts out of my game and make it run a bit slower, but im also not a huge maxis match person?? like i like the realistic look but the clay clothes rlly throw me off. i just want help deciding if i should go with maxis mix or full alpha cc :,)
also, most if not all of my build cc is alpha, along with my overrides since i use khippie stuff

tldr; should i go maxis match, maxis mix, or alpha?

To Whom it may concern where would i be able to find this exact shirt seen in the picture attached with all the swatches that are available , but for infants instead of toddlers , this shirt is base game and in Sims 4 Studio it shows up as pu_top_ShirtRolledSleeves, i would like to find this shirt and i would like to have it be converted for infants if someone could please help me find it or maybe convert it for me i would be very grateful, thank you so much.

I have a question, does anyone know what skin overlay Elliesimple uses for her outfit cc showcases ?

does anyone know what eye presets kijiko uses for her lashes/eye color previews? thanks in advance

I've been working on a huge collection of Barbie stuff for Sims 4. This is my 3rd Sims 4 Barbie collection. I'm including the link to the index of the latest collection: Barbie Deco Collection. I have almost 700 posts in the collection (and another 50 items I'll be including soon) Everything is always free. No early access. I include links and info to all required meshes on the Patreon page as well as in the in-game item description. I no longer link to Curseforge and I do not give credit to any Marketplace users. I try to make things as easy as possible to find in-game and on my Patreon. I see all the navigational errors that other creators make and I try to avoid that. (Funny how the people who put their stuff behind paywalls are super lazy with their creations.) I love making this stuff and I want others to enjoy it.

This index is for the Sims 4 Barbie Deco Collection, but it also includes links to my other Barbie collections.
