I saw signs at the entrance yesterday and a few people unloading tarps from an American Red Cross trailer. It looks like they are still there today. Did I miss a natural disaster?

I've been taking my cats -- four of them -- to Mohawk Alley. I don't have complaints about the care, but the estimate for just one of my felines to get its teeth cleaned was nearly $3K. No. Can. Do. They've also refused to renew prescriptions for things like insulin for my diabetic cat unless I bring him in for an exam in the next 30 days.

Anyone have a more affordable vet who might comprehend that my four elderly resuce cats don't have a trust fund?

I've got an existing ADU in Silver Lake that needs to be redone and permitted properly. I also want to connect it to the main house with an enclosed hallway.

I was told it still counts as an ADU as long as it has a kitchen and a door to the hallway.

Looking for an architect who knows the ADU rules, does good work, and won't charge me like it's a custom estate. If you've used someone you'd hire again, please send some info over! Thanks.

Neither is open. We bought the wrong Avery business cards. These are for inkjet - we have a laser printer. The Tide tiles are Original Scent which is stronger than expected and triggers my allergies! Otherwise they’re perfect 😵‍💫
