Hey everyone! I posted here earlier about being new to ComfyUI and struggling with LUSTIFY v10 producing repetitive poses and boring compositions despite its impressive photorealism.

First, thanks to everyone who offered advice!

I've continued experimenting, and I wanted to share some progress. I'm attaching 10 images from my latest experiments.

What I've changed:

• Switched from portrait (832 × 1216) to landscape (1216 × 832).
• Simplified my prompts considerably, especially the instructions controlling the exact pose.
• Started emphasizing foreground/background relationships, camera placement, subject positioning, and environmental depth.
• Experimented with multiple adult characters in the same scene to see how well the model handles more complicated compositions.
• Kept the hotel setting consistent so I could better evaluate what was actually changing.

My current workflow is largely unchanged:

• ComfyUI Desktop, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER (16GB VRAM)
• LUSTIFY v10 Krea 2 Turbo INT8 ConvRot
• Qwen3-VL 4B FP8 text encoder, Wan 2.1 VAE
• Krea2 Realism V2 LoRA at 1.0
• Krea 2 Turbo SDA Diversity LoRA at 1.0, active for the first 2 of 8 sampling steps
• Euler sampler, Beta scheduler, 8 steps, CFG 1.0, shift 4.0
• Highres pass at 1.3x with 4x NMKD Superscale
• Randomized seeds, prompt enhancer disabled

What's improved:

I'm finally seeing compositions that feel more like actual photographs rather than the same person standing in the middle of a room.

The landscape format has given the model more room to arrange multiple subjects, and the emphasis on camera perspective and spatial relationships seems to have helped substantially.

I'm also getting better foreground/background separation, more natural-looking poses, and some genuinely interesting variations in framing. Facial detail and photorealism continue to be strengths.

What's still frustrating:

Prompt adherence remains inconsistent. When I request two background characters, I sometimes get three. The male characters also tend to look very similar, almost like copies of one another.

More importantly, although composition has improved, there's still a noticeable tendency toward familiar poses. It's better than before, but I wouldn't say I've completely solved the problem.

I'm beginning to suspect that giving the model a clear scene and photographic direction, rather than micromanaging every body part, is the better approach for LUSTIFY.

A few questions for the more experienced users:

1. Do you think this represents a meaningful improvement in composition, or am I still seeing too much of the checkpoint's built-in posing bias?
2. What would you recommend for getting more natural interactions between multiple characters, rather than having background subjects simply standing around?
3. Is there a practical way to improve character counting and maintain distinct appearances within this Krea 2 workflow?
4. At this point, would you continue optimizing prompts or move toward pose/depth conditioning, regional prompting, or img2img?

I'm still only a few days into learning ComfyUI, but I'm having a lot of fun experimenting.

I think these results are considerably better than what I was generating when I made my first post, and I'm curious what you all think.
