This happened today in Saskatoon. In a cul-du-sac no less. Driver said his accelerator pedal stuck down while turning around. Lady in the house was watching tv when the wall behind it began to open.

I have a black tie wedding coming up and curious if there are any stores in Saskatoon that sell gowns that would be appropriate for this type of event?

Yesterday a colleague asked about where I live, so I sent them Saskatoon’s Wikipedia page. Perfectly useful, but afterward I thought: there’s probably a more interesting way to introduce someone to this place.

So I put together a little illustrated history flipbook. Shipwrecks, riverbank ski jumping, the Bessborough sitting empty, etc.

I live near Cowessess road in Brighton and just a few doors down there was the swat team called to a house. Some loud bangs and then the police were calling for them to come out of the house and that they were under arrest. Didn’t notice anyone come outside though.
