Found this adorable Stampin Up stamp set at the thrift store for $5! I never bought a stamp set that I had to assemble before use. It was so much fun mixing and matching the stamps but next I’m going to try using different color inks.

Once at a thrift store I saw someone’s entire rhinoceros stamp collection. Probably 10+ stamps of varying sizes and styles. I bought one that was a carousel rhinoceros but left the others behind for a true rhino-head. I still think about that collection sometimes and wonder what kind of person the original owner was.

New to rubber stamps. I just started Journaling and thought how nice it would look with stamps. So I headed down to the local Thrift and grabbed a bag of stamp pads for 4$ and a bag of stamps 2$. The Winnie the pooh and the rabbit were 25 cents. New to all this. Not even sure i used the stamps correctly.

Impulsively bought a used vintage stamp collection. This may be the start of an unhealthy obsession 😅

hi, i am trying to stamp my coated pink paper bags for my craft markets. i got the archival ink like google suggested for coated bags, and it worked a lot better than the ink i was using but it still isn’t drying fully & is smudging. i also put a flat surface in between the layers of the bag to make sure it was completely flat. how do i fix this, what kind of ink do i use for these bags to make sure it dries fully without smudging?

update: thank you everyone! i just wasn’t being patient enough 🤣 it dries, just takes 40 minutes!

So I bought a kit from Viva Las Vegasstamps of an unmounted set of alphabet rubber stamps.

I have the sheet of pink rubber with all the stamp images, printed images of each, and wooden blocks for each.

What's the best way to do this?

I was thinking I could use a serious, no-fooling-around strong glue, such as Gorilla glue, to secure the rubber to one side of the wooden mount, let everything sit and dry for 24 hours, and then use the same glue to attach the printed image to the other side of the wooden mount.

Will that do the job, or no?

I find the design super cute but I couldn’t find a match online. Anyone know where to find this?

Hope this is the right place to ask. Anyone know the best way to reattach this lady to her block? Was thinking super glue but don’t want to damage the stamp
