I have been using my computer and VR headset normally the last couple of days, they all seemed to be working fine until like 2 days ago when I tried to use the chatgpt.com website, and it didnt load and said it couldnt be reached. I tried to open claude on my PC, that wouldnt work either. Another website that didnt work was thunderstore.io, and my internet has been acting weird on my computer. Taking longer to connect to, disconnecting once connected, etc. I tried playing something on my headset today, and it couldnt connect to the servers. All of these websites and games worked after connecting to my phones personal hotspot, so what is the issue? it was working fine like 3 days ago.

My parents have Mycircle on our netgear router, and I suspect it has something to do with that, but I dont think they did this manually.

My router is Archer AX11000 (Firmware Version: 2.2.1 Build 20250725 rel.9119(5553) - Hardware Version: Archer AX11000 v2.0) and extender is RE815X (Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20260528 rel.45228(5553) - Hardware Version: RE815X v2.0). Why my router's 5G-2 is not working? Both router and extender are updated to latest firmware. Bandwidth and channel settings of 5G-2 from AX11000 are at AUTO.

So for the last week my Orbi 870 mesh system will drop the internet about once an hour. I purchased this back in December and have had no issues till we lost power a week ago. That said I have been on the phone with Netgear’s tech support everyday between 1-4 hours a day troubleshooting fixes. I have had Verizon come out to install a new ONT and they have confirmed that there have been zero drops on their end in the past week. I have manually updated firmware, installed a custom firmware that they said they released today, have power cycled both just the router and ONT and router.

We are a week and half into not having reliable internet and we both work from home. Is this similar to anyone else’s experience with Netgear? I just can’t believe how terrible the service has been.

I use a normal wifi box router i cant use ethernet because of my living situation 😭😭
But I am aware that its a adapter issue. i checked it in device manager and it says no issues ive tried turning off the power saving mode option and it didnt seem to do anything either, so i troubleshooted my startup and i got this pop up and im not sure what im supposed to do with that, but ive done everything as of rollback, updating, reinstalling and nothing seems to work for me ive even flushed me dns and reset my network settings im just not trying to factory reset
