Ownership Experience Went shopping for a G63. Came home with a Cullinan. No regrets. 🖤

Funny how life works sometimes.

My plan this year was to finally get myself a G63. Simple enough, right? Well, apparently not.

Started shopping around and quickly realized Mercedes dealers have lost their fucking minds. Prices way above MSRP, and the attitude was basically, pay it or fuck off.

Well, they pissed me off enough to make me reconsider the whole thing.

Figured if I’m already expected to throw stupid money at a car, I might as well spend a little more and get something on a completely different level.

So here we are. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, and honestly, I’m glad this one didn’t.

Beyond grateful. Zero regrets.

Welcome home, baby 🖤

Should I rent a Bentley GT

Yes, I know this is a Rolls Royce forum, the question is not as strange as it sounds. I am thinking of buying a Wraith for absolutely no good reason other than I want a Rolls. I have 3 other cars in the US, and will maybe drive it a couple of times a year (summer only as I spend the winters elsewhere). I have absolutely no need for the car. I have been driven around in RR by hotels in Asia so I am familiar with the ride. In order to decide whether to do this I figured I would rent one. Unfortunately, I have no reason to rent one either.

Next fall an opportunity will arise. I am being dragged to my husband’s 50th high school reunion in Florida (St Pete) and we will need to rent a car. I could rent a Dawn, but I think it would be ostentatious to show up in a Rolls Royce. I figured maybe a Bentley GT wouldn’t be as bad. Am I wrong? Will the experience in the Bentley be close enough to the Rolls to let me finally decide on buying one or not?

I have a 68 Silver shadow that will be getting turned into yard art but before I do that I’m willing to pull and sell most of the parts, the engine is locked up anything you want ask. The car is located in USA Adolphus ky 42120. If you want parts and are out side the us you must handle shipping set up. I would consider selling the entire car for the right price there is NO TITLE.

Spotted this unusual white Rolls-Royce convertible in Dubai. Could it be the new Project Nightingale?

Spotted this in Dubai tonight and struggling to identify it.
It was a very long, white luxury convertible, with proportions similar to the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail.

The most distinctive features were the rear lights positioned at the extreme outer edges, two sculpted lines extending upwards from the rear lights, and what looked like a narrow slit in the centre of the rear.

It looked brand new, possibly a prototype.
My closest match so far is the Rolls-Royce Project Nightingale, which I understand is still undergoing testing.

Could this actually be a Nightingale prototype, or is it something else entirely?

Apologies for the blurry photos. These were the best I could capture!
