Playing 2014 on PC -> AV Reciever -> smart TV and the entire game is transmitting faster than it should be. Every song is a time step faster and even the announcers voice is a little faster. Any ideas?

Just moved but had this same setup in a different space a few weeks ago and it was playing normally.

I already own the pack, but one of my friends is getting back into the game and they have an unused code are curious if they put the code in will they dlc?
