I posted this info in r/privacy last week, but probably should have posted it here first and then crossposted it over there.

What is going on here? I have been coming for years and I had tons of karma and awards. Then I went away for awhile and everything is gone. Now they say I can't post because I don't have enough karma. where did it go? I had cake days which I can't remember but several of them. everything is gone. They did some big overhaul or something and I lost everything. Is there any way to get anything back? Oregondaisy

Latest version on iPadOS 26 (can't update to 27) and the exit X, search bar, and Home button simply disappear after reading an article. Am I the only one who is seeing these issues and completely frustrated with the constant issues on iOS in simply reading Reddit?
Do you think we will ever see 3rd party apps again? because we need them!

My main account was banned without any notification. I was just normally replying to comments on Sub. Then when I was replying for a comment a pop up "you are commenting too fast, try again later" showed up. Even though I had a 2 mins of gap between commenting ig.
I have also submitted a appeal regarding the same.
Did anyone had the same issue ?
Did the ban uplifted ?
How much will it take or im permanently banned ?
I have attached the photos regarding the same.
Searching my main account
Current scenario of my main accout.
Here for looking solution that may help me in uplifting the ban.
Thanks.

Is anyone else here struggling with low karma? 😭 I’m trying to join the Indian teenage community and participate in conversations, but my posts keep getting removed because my karma is too low. The frustrating part is that I’m trying to build karma, but I can’t even properly join the discussions I want to be a part of. For those who’ve been through this, how did you get started? Which communities let you participate and build karma naturally? I’d genuinely appreciate any advice!

I have tried to post news on a subreddit I'm semi-active on, yet my post keeps getting removed by the filters. Why is this?

I posted in this subreddit and am really confused to why my post was taken down. The MOD muted me when I messaged to ask why because as far as I know, I have enough post and comment karma. I don’t know everything about Reddit or the way karma works so maybe someone here can explain what I did wrong. I’m coming here to ask so that I don’t make the same mistakes moving forward so I hope this post is okay. Thank you!

TL;DR: In summary, last fall, my friend’s longstanding reddit account unexpectedly locked him out due to security irregularities, which he later determined included a ban - upon appeal, the ban was reversed, but he is still unable to log in to the account or reset the password to log in. My friend asked me to post for him as he is worried about setting up an alt account.
Last fall, my friend received an email that his reddit account (with years of normal use) had been locked due to security irregularities and told to reset his password. When he attempted to reset the password and he did receive the reset email, he was unable to access the account, so he submitted a support ticket about password difficulties. He waited a while without response, but then did a little more digging.
He didn’t originally suspect a ban, as bans are supposed to include a formal message or notification of the ban and the reason, which he never received. However, after waiting a while and conducting more online research, as well as ultimately looking up his username, it seemed apparent that he had likely been erroneously banned. Other users reported similar non-notified bans without breaking any ToS or rules. He submitted another support ticket (now specifically about the ban) without response.
Eventually, on a whim, months later, he looked up his reddit username again and found that it no longer appeared banned (it showed up normally). Excited that his appeal worked, he tried to log in, yet found that he could still not log in. He was similarly unable to reset his password despite receiving the email. As such, he filed a third support ticket. That too, was now months ago, and the whole saga has gone on for nearly one year. Is there anything else he can do to regain access to his account?

It just says "Unable to submit report". Are some users special users?

Hey people, I need some help, is there something I am missing?
When I make a post to this subreddit, I get an inbox saying my post will be approved once I have a comment with 20 characters, same as everyone. But I am not getting the little text box at the bottom of the post to comment. Is there something I am missing? Is there an extra step I need to take?
Thank you in advance

Is this a safe thing to do on Reddit?
r/reddithelp • u/No-Flex-But-Truth • 8h ago
Genuine question to people who’ve been using Reddit for a while.
One of the reasons I joined Reddit was that it felt like a place where people could express their opinions more freely than on other social media platforms.
But how anonymous are we, really?
Can you openly criticise public figures, question popular narratives, or share an unpopular opinion without worrying about online harassment, people trying to identify you, or facing consequences for what you post?
With online trolling and coordinated accounts becoming increasingly common, I’m curious about how safe Reddit actually feels for Indian users.
For those who’ve been here for years, what’s your experience been like? Have you ever felt unsafe sharing your opinions here?
I’d genuinely like to hear your experiences.
