Would any Android puzzle players try Lumen Vault's free opening?
I'm Ian, the developer of Lumen Vault. It's a puzzle game about placing and turning mirrors and other devices to route colored light into matching receivers.
I'd like to find 10 people to try the opening and tell me how it feels to someone new. If you're interested, start from the beginning and try a few puzzles. Even one puzzle, or stopping because something is confusing, is useful.
Was it clear what to do? Did placing and turning pieces feel comfortable on your phone? Did you want to play another board? A short reply here is plenty.
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moonytech.lumenvault
Android 8.0+. The first 20 campaign puzzles are free and have no ads. Extra levels are optional one-time purchases; you don't need them for this. No purchase, rating, review, recording or test swap is requested. Thanks to anyone who gives it a go.

I made an addictive, exciting word game for Game Boy based on a ridiculously obscure 1960s game show. It’s called Beat The Odds. Check it out!

Looking for puzzle mobile game lovers!
Hi Reddit,
As a fresh CS grad who loves puzzle games, I recently got into mobile dev and decided to make my own take on the classic block stacking game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.binbear.gummylab
I know this genre has been done a million times, but I wanted to build one my way, removing everything annoying about other games. That means it’s completely ad-free, fully playable offline, and alongside the endless mode, I’ve made 50 custom levels (so far) with unique, non-repetitive objectives. (My friends have been testing it and currently hate me for making some levels so hard to beat xD).
Right now, I'm focusing on adding more themes, prioritizing colorblind-friendly options. I've also introduced optional "embossed" gummy shapes to make the blocks stand out more clearly. I've attached some screenshots of how the themes look so far!
Of course, if anyone has any suggestions, ideas for improvement, or things that I should add, please let me know. I want to be making apps that people are actually going to use and like. And of course if even one of you decided to give it a try, I'd be more than grateful and happy :)
I just want to hear some actual feedback from people using it (that are not my friends) and see what else I can improve, or what is missing
Thank you for reading and I hope you have a great day! :)

Finally after 1.7 weeks of feedback my DETECTIVE game is officially out
Two weeks ago I posted my little browser detective game here. You were honest: too much reading, the phone screens were confusing, and a few of you quit in the first two minutes.
That one hurt. It was also right.
So I threw most of it away. Now you sit at a detective’s desk in 2004. Your pager buzzes. Your deputy leaves messages on the answering machine. There’s an old XP computer with a fake 2004 internet, and an anonymous confession board where someone in town is clearly hiding something.
You take a cab to the house, look around the kitchen, and ask people questions. Some of them lie to your face.
The case starts with your oldest friend’s email. It confesses to something awful. You don’t believe he wrote it.
It’s free, plays in the browser on your phone, and there’s nothing to download.
Full honesty: I’m one guy. The pictures and voices are AI-made, and AI helped me write and code it. The story and the puzzle are mine.
If you try it, tell me the exact moment you got stuck or bored. Last time those comments built this version.

I made a free Sudoku game with a global leaderboard — looking for feedback!
Game Title: Sudoku League
Playable Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sudokuleague.app
Platform: Android
Description:
Hi everyone!
I'm an indie game developer, and I've recently released Sudoku League, a free mobile Sudoku game that combines classic Sudoku puzzles with global competition.
My goal was to create a Sudoku experience where solving puzzles correctly is only part of the challenge. Speed, accuracy, and consistency also matter when competing against players from around the world.
The game includes a global leaderboard, daily challenges, multiple difficulty levels, and several visual themes to make the experience more enjoyable.
Whether you're a casual Sudoku player or someone who enjoys competitive puzzle solving, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I'm especially interested in feedback about the user interface, gameplay, difficulty balance, and global ranking system.
Thanks for giving my game a try! All feedback is welcome.
Free to Play Status:
[x] Free to play
Involvement: I'm the developer of Sudoku League.

I made a cozy puzzle hub on Roblox: arrows, 3D cubes, picture puzzles, number match, and a brand-new ring puzzle 🧩
Hi everyone! I've been building Arrow & Number Puzzles, a relaxing puzzle hub where every wing of the lobby is a different game:
- 2D Arrow Puzzle: tap arrows to slide them off the board, but only if nothing's in the way. Easy to start, Nightmare levels if you dare.
- 3D Arrow Puzzle: the same idea, wrapped around glass cubes you can spin.
- Picture Puzzles: 89 shape boards (animals, castles, trains…) collected into albums.
- Match Numbers: pair equal numbers or ones that add up to 10 and clear the board.
- NEW: Rotating Rings: turn the rings and slide the pillars until every piece breaks free.
Today's update also adds Gems, one currency for every puzzle, plus an Exchange to trade them for hints and boosters. There's a daily login reward, a free gift every 15 minutes, a daily puzzle with its own leaderboard, and a Halloween event running until November 3.
No timers forcing you to pay, no pay-to-win: just puzzles.

Petri Defence: a minimalist tower defence puzzle where placement is everything (free, plays in the browser)
Hi all, I'm the solo dev. I'm not a developer by trade, and this started as a sketch three weeks ago. I shared an early version on Reddit at the end of September, and the comments shaped almost everything since. The numbers were humbling too: most people quit right after winning level 3, so I rebuilt the opening from scratch.
What it is: each level is a petri dish. Germs head for the heart, you place a handful of immune cells, press Start and watch whether your plan holds.
What's new since then:
- The first levels teach one piece each, and level 1 ends with a 24-germ swarm
- Drag to place and move pieces, with a preview of where they'll land
- 500 graded puzzles in Relaxed, plus Hardcore boards with a par to beat and a boss
- A new Daily level every day, and a link to challenge a friend on any level
- It's on iPhone now too, where it also works offline
It's free, with no energy timers and nothing pay-to-win.
Play in your browser: https://petridefence.com
iPhone and iPad: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6817712196
I'd love to know which level made you stop, and the fewest pieces you've beaten a Hardcore board with.
Android is nearly ready, and Google needs a few testers for two weeks before I can publish it. Comment or DM me if you'd like to be one.

Someone Has To Stay – a puzzle built on one rule: you can't be in two places at once
Link: https://k-kom.itch.io/someone-has-to-stay (browser, free, no sign-up, ~10-15 min)

Every puzzle in this grows from a single constraint: a pressure plate holds a door open only while someone is standing on it. Stand on it yourself and you can never reach the door. Alone, it's unsolvable.
So you record yourself standing there, rewind the loop, and a ghost repeats your exact movements — holding the plate while the present you walks through.
The design bit I find interesting: the ghost never improvises. It replays what you did, for exactly as long as you did it. So the puzzle isn't "how do I get there," it's "what is worth recording." You're planning a performance for a version of yourself that can't adapt.
Constraints I set myself:
- Only two ghosts are kept at a time. That caps the complexity and forces you to decide which two actions matter.
- Ghosts pass through walls and doors, but pressure plates and switches still detect them. They're images the facility's sensors pick up, not bodies. It keeps replay deterministic — a ghost's recording can never be invalidated by a door that's closed this time around.
- Later rooms need both ghosts at once, plus a crate, because three plates can't be covered by two ghosts.
Controls: WASD/arrows, E to interact, R to restart the loop.
I'd really like to hear whether the core idea reads without explanation, and whether any room felt unfair rather than hard. Those are different failures and I can't tell them apart from my own playthroughs.

A puzzle filled comedy adventure (Point and click)
I'm finishing a puzzle game based on old games like Monkey Island/Simon the Sorcerer.
It's about 10/15 hours in length. It has over 80 locations all animated and hand made in 320x200 resolution. Some are inventory puzzles, some more creative than that. I've done playtesting and gotten some good feedback but I'm still testing and polishing.
Thought it'd be OK to share my work as it's Saturday and I'm feeling positive :-)
Have a great weekend everyone

[Dev] Demo for Multiworlds free, part of the upcoming Steam Next Fest.
Hi everyone!
I'm a solo dev from India. In Multiworlds you play several parallel worlds at once: a move that's safe in one world walks you into spikes or a portal in another, so you have to find a play sequence that works in every world.
The demo is free for Windows, Mac and Linux during Steam Next Fest (October 19–26): https://store.steampowered.com/app/3706320?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=announcement&utm_campaign=nextfest_oct_2026
It has enough levels for you to find challenging, and I'd love to see if the smart people here are able to find some patterns and break the levels easily. I'm finding some levels difficult myself.
I'd love to hear where you get stuck.

How do you like hints to work in point-and-click adventures?
Hey everyone! I'm one of the developers at imaginarylab, the small team behind Whirlight - No Time To Trip. One thing we've learned from player feedback is how important it is to strike the right balance between challenging puzzles and keeping the story moving. So we added an optional hint system in the in-game diary. Surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the most challenging features we've had to implement. Finding the right balance wasn't easy: we wanted to help players who get stuck without taking away the satisfaction of figuring things out for themselves (attached, you can see our solution). Ideally, a hint should give you that little nudge that makes you go "Ah, now I see!", rather than simply telling you what to do. As we're thinking about future projects, I'd really like to hear your opinions on this: when you play an adventure game, do you prefer tiered hints, small nudges directly in game (dialogues, hotspots, and so on), a full walkthrough, no hints at all, or other? Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Looking for games that just… keep going
The two (three?) big examples I have are Blue Prince and Lingo 1/2. These are games that you’ll sink dozens of hours into and more and more things just keep getting revealed. Part of the appeal of those games for me is that I think I’ll have found everything, leave for a few days, stumble across something new, and now there are once again too many options for where to go because so much opened up. I hit day 100 and 50 hours in blue prince, and apparently I’m somehow not even a third through the game. I fumble around in Lingo 2, then stumble into a new area that’s at least four times as large as the starting area. That “oh fuck there’s so much more” feeling, over and over again is what I’m looking for
Outer wilds probably could have been like this but I found the puzzles extremely yellow-paint-y and there really weren’t that many layers. It felt more horizontal than vertical progression
