Who else thinks this every time they see the Halloween decorations go up in the neighborhood?

I want to get into it. Oddly enough, the reason why I got interested by it is the release of M&M. While playing M&M, a lot of the community talk about P99, Classic EQ, Quarm, etc. So I did some research during breaks to see the similarities and turns out I know how M&M got all their game design from. I would much rather play EQ now that it's the original and want to get into it, will there be a fresh server coming out? If there is no fresh, I really need to know if green server is worth playing at this moment and time. I'm a long time vanilla WoW/runescape player and really want a fresh for EQ P99. When green server came out, I was busy with Classic WoW releasing and I had no time for it. Please let me know if it's worth it right now - especially in terms of population!

This is my first time ever playing EverQuest, i had never tried to play it before but I actually got really curious as to how this game was going to play today, and im loving it so far. I stoped playing 1 year ago and just recently got back, loving it yet again.

Always wanted to check out this zone. I only remember one thing from live - their was a boss that blocked the exit and he cast AOE and wrecked my 24monk. And was the longest CR i ever had to do, dropping down to drag corpse to die so i could run back and pull corpse up —

Hoping for better run these many years later, 26enchanter and 26 warrior looking for more 23-35?

Or bring a higher lvl toon to help us out :)

Hello All!

I used to be able to play, but recently I have been receiving the error below. I tried deleting all files and reinstalling using the latest batch of files, but still get the same error. Any thoughts on the cause and how to fix it?

Was it fun and worth the plat to have Burnout III and a 25 point DS early? Seems like it would turbo charge your pet, but maybe not as much as I think.

Start a level 1 In order to foster more low levels on the server, and to foster exploration, I wanted to write this challenge up as a way to see more population in lower level zones and ghost town zones Rules: You are only allowed to XP when grouped with at least 2 other people who are also participating in this challenge (3 total minimum). Don’t have 3? No XP then. No soloing allowed.

Sorry for the long time between updates. I've been busy with (happy) real life quests). I've been trying to do at least one a month. But the quests are getting harder and more time consuming.

If anyone out there has any Crushed Topaz or a Giant Laceless Sandal, let me know (Blue P99).

EVERYZONE UPDATE! DING 53.5! KAEL FINISHED!

Wow, that was a doozy, taking me months to do. Well, I was distracted with my Everyquest, but I am glad this one is done. Kael is a fun raid zone, but it is not a great place to level.

Most of the time I was here was spent in Arena groups, which did give me a bunch quest gear (I still need oh so much). By the end, I was soloing, duoing, and trioing Four Way to just get it all done. After the occasional splat from Bvellos and dogshit enchantering in general, I finally did it.

Next Up: ICEWELL!

Dark elf actually kinda cute?

I've been playing EQ on and off since 99 and enjoyed a few servers - Drinal, Venril Sathir, EQMac, P99 Blue, P99 Green, Quarm. Never have I played on a PvP server unless you count the 4 minutes i was logged into Rallos Zek as a kid.

I've recently freed up some time in the evenings which im looking to use to play EQ and i wanted a different experience to Xp camp > Plat camp > Raid.

I have no idea how P99 Red works and if im honest i want to find out along the way for better or worse. I'm not looking to hit max level or get max gear - my main aim is to just have fun.

My initial set of ideas are -

Roll a SF toon which will be level capped with the aim of getting other people on board for duels, groups fights and dare I say wars.

Roll a RP focused toon only fighting other PC's who are opposite in Race/Diety/Faction.

Roll a HC toon, reroll on death (Long live the Egg!)

What are the obvious pro's & con's to these ideas and/or what other ideas do you think would make more sense or be more fun?
