Measuring 2 weeks behind

Hi mommy's ! i need advice , im a first time
mom and im losing hope. i had my last period sept 4th that only lasted about 3 days when it goes to around 5 days . according to my flo app, my ovulation was supposed to be on the 18th of september . now october came around - october 4th was when my period was due. never came. october 5th i had a negative pregnancy test at urgent care. october 6th, i took a test and it was a faint line but you can see the line. took a digital and it said pregnant . now october 9th comes i had my first prenatal appointment and according to my flo app i was 5w0d that day. now there was nothing seen on my ultrasound but the thickening lining of my uterus .. they checked my HCG level that day and it was 33 october 12th it was 149.0 which that seemed really low. they thought maybe it could be ectopic . i went back two weeks later oct 22nd thinking i was now 6w6d and they did another transvaginal ultrasound and now i have a sac 0.36cm.. my sac is measuring 4w6d so that's 2 weeks behind :/ . Dr said I maybe ovulated late but my timeline from my first positive test is not aligning with a late ovulation because I’d be around 6w exactly ? i don't know. they also did another HCG level to see if it's raising but waiting till monday is so stressful . anyone had something similar happened?

3b tear recovery

Hello everyone, when I gave birth I obtained a 3b tear. At my 2 week OB appointment they felt a “dent” when tracking. She suggested a surgical revision. I declined to see if maybe it looked better at 3 weeks. It did not, and I was in a lot pain. I could barely walk a total of 20 minutes without feeling a terrible amount of pain to point of crying. I underwent the revision at 3.5 weeks pp thinking it would make things better. it was the most painful thing I have ever gone through. I had to admitted for pain management a couple days later. About a week later, I had another appointment, this time the OB tells me I have a “pen tip” sized hole along my perineum. They suggested silver nitrate to help it heal. I agree, 2nd worst thing. It burned so much! I was barely able to get out of bed the next day/ now at my last appointment(2-ish days ago) at about 8 weeks pp, I was told the tiny hole is now about the size of a nickel, and 1 cm deep. The hospital I’m at doesn’t have the urogyn sub specialty so I might have to fly out to get evaluated and possibly undergo another surgery.

I’m feeling a bit defeated and I’ve been feeling down a lot bc it’s one thing after another. I’m 8wks pp and still not cleared or healed. Sometimes it feels like I’ll never heal. Thankfully I don’t have to back to work until January, so hopefully I’ll feel a lot better and will be able to get back into it. I just want to be able to do normal things, like go on walks without pain, play and do tummy time with my baby(I can’t get up unless I have my husband basically lift me up). I’m finally able to get out of bed without being in too much pain, so that’s a win I guess. I just want to know if anyone has gone through something remotely similar or even words of encouragement.
