It's been a fun time with my fiance. Got a ETB/Poster collection for MSRP and ripped on my birthday. Been playing the TCG off and on since I was 5-6ish. Found some of my old jungle cards too.. hopefully my folks still have my binder, as I had my nice cards in there.

The gengar cards were all in the poster collection, each pack had either the full art gengar, the classic, or the ex. Out of all the years of opening packs, never have I had an experience like that.

Also!! I think my old Fearow is fake after reading through so many posts lol crazy I've had a fake card for 22-23+ years if so. Including a pic of some of the cards I found.

The amount of excitement I felt when I found not one, but TWO Booster Bundles! 😭🔥 I’ve only ever had luck with single packs, so this is my FIRST time getting booster boxes. I’m so freaking excited that I haven’t even opened them yet because I’m waiting for the perfect moment. Honestly, I’m just chasing that high of scoring not one, but TWO boxes! Especially with Prismatic Evolution. ☠️ The luck is unreal!

This set is so amazing, I was even excited for the half arts (Minior and Vulpix are standouts). As far as I'm concerned every Pikachu is a hit. Just a wonderful set

Bought some scalped packs from offer up after I missed a drop, held onto a couple booster bundles and an ETB to open for my birthday. First pack of one of the booster bundles and my girlfriend pulls this. Can’t wait to see what it comes back as from PSA.

Currently have this 1996 pikachu for sale on goldin and wanted to share it in here as it is in the last week of the auction. Freshly graded 10 with a pop of 48. Also known as the non- glossy pikachu on older labels.

My friend only started getting into Pokémon recently just so we’d have more to talk about. Since cards are incredibly rare here in Russia, he managed to find a single pack at the only local geek shop in our small town.

He opens it, and boom—Charizard ex Special Illustration Rare #234.

This absolute casual didn’t even remember who Charizard was (he only vaguely heard the name back in childhood). He turned a 100-ruble (~$1) pack into a $260+ card on his first try ever.

He had no idea what he had until he sent a photo in our chat and I literally started foaming at the mouth explaining it to him. Beginner's luck is terrifyingly real.
