Astreaos is disconnecting very badly for Xbox please fix it it's the most important map a lot of people are leaving cause u just can't play for more then 10 mins disconnecting 10,23,2026 please help save ark

I'm in a dilemma. Is ARK going to have a TLC vote every year from now on, or is this just a limited event?

The reason I'm asking is that there are so many dinosaurs that still need a TLC. Some creatures have been forgotten for years, while others struggle to compete with the newer creatures and the current meta.

I really hope this becomes a yearly event, because there's so much potential in the older creatures. They deserve a chance to become useful, unique, and fun to play again!

Funniest things I overhear from my friends playing ARK Primal Fear

I swear listening to my friends play Primal Fear is better than watching TV. I’m just sitting in voice chat minding my business, and suddenly it turns into a full‑blown survival documentary narrated by people who are absolutely not surviving.

Top quotes from last night:

“This game is a b…tch, I’m turning it off.”

Said during a rage‑quit that lasted exactly 14 seconds.

“It always comes up behind you!”

Meanwhile the creature was loud enough to hear through three walls and a closed door.

“I’ve never run out of water yet.”

Said confidently…because their water keeps getting refilled from every death.

“Everything will kill you.”

Calmly spoken while sprinting from something glowing like a radioactive Christmas ornament.

At this point I’m convinced Primal Fear isn’t a mod, it’s a group therapy session where everyone lies about being fine.

What’s the funniest thing you’ve heard someone say right before getting deleted? Oops did I just say that? I know ARK players have some absolute gems.

Hey everyone!

I'm playing ARK: Survival Ascended on PC through Xbox Game Pass and hosting a non-dedicated session for my friends.

The tether distance is really frustrating because my friends can't explore very far away from me before they get teleported back to my character.

I've looked through the game settings, but I can't find an option to increase the tether distance.

Is there any way to increase or remove the tether distance in ARK: Survival Ascended on PC Game Pass? Is there a config file, launch option, or another workaround that actually works?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
