What kind of pig is this?
My family went to a pumpkin farm where they had these adorable small pigs. I’ve tried to google what kind they are with no definitive answer. Please tell me what this little guy is so I can watch all the YouTube videos on these cute little guys! I’m not well versed in pigs but I can tell you Piggy was about two feet tall and very friendly. Straight -ish wagging tail and cute little grunts🐽 there were also babies ☺️

I recently started volunteering at an animal sanctuary
and I have fallen in love with their pigs! They have farm pigs and potbellies. I think my friends are getting bored with all my photos and videos, so I'm hoping you all can appreciate them! They are so sweet and loveable. This pretty girl is Daisy and she is around ten years old. She loves attention and lets you know if by doing lots of hot pants and grunts :D

Pig shed bedding
In a week or two I'll be getting my first pigs (my aunt's pigs weren't castrated in time so there's a ltter of oops-babies needing a home). My grandfather built me a small shed for them to sleep in, but there are small (>1 cm) slits at the bottom where the walls don't fully touch the ground.
I should be able to just screw wooden lats over them to keep out the draft, but we also have some outside mats that are thick enough to cover them and les 'hard' than the bricks that are currently the floor of the shed. I'm not totally sure what the material is made of, but it seems to be something more porous than stone (it gets mossy quicker) but still quite sturdy (we've had them in our backyard for at least 10 years).
If I were to clean them off and put them on the ground to cover up the cracks and maybe even need les straw bedding, would that be safe and hygienic? I know pigs usually keep their sleeping quarters very clean, but is it clean enough for the mats to be a safe choice?
Any advice is welcome!!

Castrating Merlin
Good morning or afternoon, I'm new here. Needing some assistance, I have a kunekune pig and he's a pet, but I never got him castrated/neutered... He's starting to be a grumpy butt face and I don't want to get rid of him, nor do the unspeakable that would get me banned here. I need to know if this would help. Not sure if I'm in the right place, if not help point me in the right direction

Considering getting a pig but want to know all about it first.
Hey so I want to get a pet to keep my German Sheppard company. My boyfriend doesn't want a small dog and I don't want another big dog. I love my shepherd he's amazing but I know from expirence having 2 dogs they don't always get along and I can't have 2 big dogs. I've been reading a bit about pigs and considering this as an option. So can anyone tell me a bit about it and if anyone has a dog how do they get along. My shepherd is very sweet, he likes kids and wants to be friends with the deer in the yard he is 3 so he is finally at the point he's a pretty good listener and dog. Thank you

Bean fell out of bed again.
He really like the pair of pants I gave him as you can see!

Throwback to when Bean could fit on the couch.
This is also where he would sleep at night until I have him his own bed in our room.

She’s just a girl with a dream and absolutely no respect for property.
She wakes me up to go outside at around 4 am. This is how I found her when I went to let the dogs out at around 7:30.

Is it normal for pigs to be super lazy but totally alive once they see food?
So the pig I see in my neighborhood will simply grunt profusely like he has no energy left if I call his name out and not move. Once I show him food he gets up like its Christmas! Once I don't have anymore food he grunts in disappointment and goes right back to bed. I think its kind of funny.
