Been using SAP for last 7 years and before that Kerridge(Keyloop)

Now moved to Pinnacle(Pinewood), Early days but I much prefer the previous systems as it seems so long winded on things.

Thoughts on what in house system you find best?

Just recently switched dealer groups. I come from CDK, my new employer runs on tekion. Just trying to do some RO clean up over the weekend.

Is it factual that in the parts roll, if an advisor adds a job rec line, they have to be the ones that add the parts? I spent an hour on tekions help desk to be told that i will need permissions adjusted to be able to create job rec’s.

Like…a whomever smelt it dealt it type of situation?

If this is factual, is there a work around or work flow outside of this?

I got this from a wholesaler. I just want to confirm with someone who bought this from authorized dealer.

The local dealer in my area does not have this in stock so I can't compare the weight.
