High Guys, am your neighbour From RS3 I voted YES for OSRS and played OSRS on release, I loved the game, but simply had no time to start over so stuck with my already progressed account and continued on the journey...

My question to you is this, why in earth would you every leave your OSRS progress to start fresh in rs3?

Also why would it matter for you if when you join rs3 that you're sure the person next to you didnt buy their exp? people in rs3 generally don't care how you obtained what you have as long as it makes you happy, we don't brag or flex on others with our achievements, we simply love our accounts.

So again the questions are "Why would you ever do it (quit your osrs progress) and if you just want a game to play while you afk on your main, then why does it matter to you how people obtained their stuff?

With level 15 agility a bit of ambition and an inventory full of summer pies, rope, spades and the rest, after about 6 hours I managed to complete it.

After redoing the entire dungeon about 3 times from dying and the countless failing the agility traps and actions if finally did it!

I get why they recommend level 50 agility now. What did everyone else complete it on?

Never gave it a try because of the 1 hour long run but gave it chance today. F*ck yeah. All ready for melee Zulrah now.

So, I've been trying to do the Araxxor Speed-Runner task. At the moment, I've got just over 100 KC and all the rest of the CA's done. I am pretty comfortable with the various mechanics depending on first egg spawn.

Edit: I am max combat

Tech I've dabbled with:
- Spell book swapping for thralls and death charge, venge hitting white.
- Using red to explode eggs
- Trapping green at the start
- Some step under
- Surge potting

Gear I've swapped in and out:
- Specing either with burning claws and fire cape, or bgs and myth cape
- Bludgeon is the best I can afford and I use myth cape with that
- I've done both light bearer and berserker ring to see which can give best dps
- I've used balista to one shot with rigour on (white and green)

I think part of it comes down to being more tick perfect but a lot of the guides I've seen for speed running are using scythes which I am not even close to affording. With that said, if I can sharpen up my mechanics and make sure I'm not losing ticks, along with a bit of RNG, I'm confident I can get this done. My PB rn is 1:21 so if I can do that 4 more times lol I should get it.

I cant find any info online about Mort'ton Shade aggro mechanics. I also dont want to sift through niche videos trying to find answers.

Turns out initiating aggro with melee before setting up a safespot stops shades from form swapping.

Theres nothing on the wiki about this that I can find so this post is my gift to the search engine.

My best hunch is that because flinching exists, an initial melee hit retains constant aggro where as range / mage dont, due to code being code. But could be bs nonsense pattern recognition.

After convincing myself i could never have the economy to achieve it and convincing myself I only needed the necessary things for my poh. But I finally got the 99 construction cape. I'm exhausted, my thumbs hurt and so do my head. Time to celebrate with some hosting
