A bunch of build and packaging work landed recently. NZBGet now uses newer compilers and libraries, has better platform coverage and should be easier to run across older and newer systems.

- All platforms moved to the latest toolchains: GCC 14.3 on Linux, Clang 19 on macOS, FreeBSD and Android, VS 2022 on Windows
- Updated Linux builds #1052
- Switched to musl 1.2.6. These builds remain fully standalone and run on all 7 supported architectures from x86 servers to Raspberry Pi and RISC-V
- FreeBSD #1050
- FreBSD aarch64 is now officially supported and available in the installer, alongside amd64
- Changes on macOS #1038
- Mojave stays and has Intel-only build as before

- Libraries updates: #943, #953
- OpenSSL 3.5.9
- Boost 1.92.0
- libxml2 2.13.5
- ncurses 6.5
