My r/puzzleseason subreddit member count is increasing but weekly visitors is going down. I'm confused about that.

The post engagement is also quite low. It is mostly me posting which is fine since these are daily challenges. But having some form of engagement would be great. I've tried polls, trivia but no luck.

Wanted to understand what is your take on this? Have you faced the same issue and if yes how did you overcome it?

Thank you for reading

On my sub Reddit has been deleting comments and then the user who posted the comment when the comments are not breaking any sub rules.

I can approve the comments but im loosing users in my sub because they have been deleted.

Day 3!!! Feeling like this is a good start. Ive only mentioned it here and posted 2 posts in other communities, but got no response from them. Not sure where else I can advertise without annoying or offending people 😩

This is my new community

I just got approved, so I don't know what I'm doing yet. For example, I went to the flagged posts, and I didn't even know what some of the icons meant. I'm looking forward to learning from you guys!

We recently created a feminist, women-centric sub for women from a specific region of the world r/TwoXNortheast , but we are already dealing with lurking creeps, bots, and bad-faith actors. Since Reddit locks AutoMod for brand new communities, we cannot automate flair checks or filter comments yet.

We basically need to enforce mandatory user flairs to keep out unwanted lurkers, and restrict specific sensitive threads strictly to women and non-binary members. How do you handle manual flair checks and run "women/NB only" posts safely before AutoMod kicks in? Any tips on crowd control settings or mod tools for brand new niche subs would be amazing! thanks

r/PhantomSiita_ES una comunidad para fans hispanos del grupo japonés Phantom Siita :)) 💞✨

If you wanna know what I did, I posted content which was more engaging to the audience. During my first day I mainly focuses on my niche interests which didn't really interest the audiences. And I was more consistent. Yes I still post about my niche interests but I also post content which would get more viewers in order to get more popular.

I’m looking for advice on growing a new subreddit! I recently created r/BunniPlumTrading, a Royale High roblox cross-trading community, and I’ve spent a lot of time setting up the rules and making the community welcoming and super cute looking. I’d love to hear from experienced moderators about how you gained your first members, attracted the right audience, and helped your subreddit grow. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! ♡

Hello everyone!

The link below directs to my initial post within my newly created community: r/GameStationTips

I would like to seek your advice on how to effectively increase our visitor traffic. Additionally, I am wondering how to establish posting rules, or if such guidelines are even necessary for a newly created community.

Any tips or insights are greatly appreciated. Please share your wisdom with this humble newcomer!

In my new community r/chrisharms I am wanting to change up the icon. I go to the appearance screen (attached) but it won't scroll down to the icon section. Is there another way to change the icon or am I stuck with what I have? 😢

Hi there, I'm the owner mod of r/Oldandroidrevive. I want people to stay on topic without it feeling strict. Does anyone have any tips or ideas?

I already reached out to other prog rock communities (My community is ProgRockIs4ever) and made a bunch of posts. I just don't understand how to get more people to join.

unfortunately we are kinda also expecting a lot of bot accounts brigading the sub because of the nature of the sub in itself, so was wondering if you all have any suggestions on countering it? Also I found out that you can write scripts on reddit, how do you do it

From r/protoart_climate. I was only user and moderator on there. Is there way to get access back. Asked to turn it private until I get it done and then turnit back to public.

Hi! I've posted r/TheFindClub to build a welcoming community where people can discover interesting products, exchange shopping tips, share recommendations, and discuss their shopping experiences.

I'm curious about what to expect when building a new subreddit.

During the first few days, weeks, or even months, is it normal for the moderator to be the one posting most of the content while the community is still growing? Or are there other ways to encourage people to join and start participating and contributing their own posts? As I don't have any members yet.

I'd love to hear about your experiences and any advice you have for growing a new community. Thank you!

I've just made my own community for things apps or games added to them that made it worse and lowered its user rate
