I’ve been getting more and more serious about wanting an orchie. I love how it looks, it would be great not to have to take spiro, I think it would be great gender euphoria, and although I would be frustrated about not being able to cage in the way that I like, I’ve been thinking about designing my own custom cage (I don’t like the PA ones, even though I do in fact have a PA lol).

My only concern really is that I am strongly sensation driven? And that area is very sensitive and I would be very worried about losing sensation from having them removed. It does feel intensely good when my girlfriend licks what I’m pretty sure are the lingual canals and I’m pretty sure HRT has increased the sensitivity of the skin there, but, the worry persists.

So, I guess I was hoping I could hear from people about their experiences with how sensations changed after? I would really appreciate it

In two weeks it will be 1 year since my testicles and scrotum were removed. How’s it looking
