This season, the focus is behind-the-back passes. Next season, a blindfold.

He never even looked to the right once lmao

This man has the peripheral vision of a goddamn horse, insanity

Certified glue guy behavior

Jokic will take his horse fandom to the next level by playing with horse blinders on.

Then the season after that, he’ll finally get his white whale foul bait on a full court heave.

I had a tough time understanding what he's done, but he didn't have any trouble getting the ball to Brazile.

Haven’t watched a game yet, but from the clips jokic looks a bit thinner and faster this year

This is the first game i've seen Brazile and Denver FEASTED on that pick.

Please for the love of god let this team be healthy. If they get consistency this season. They are my favorites entering the playffs.

Trevon is the man

I swear if Jamal Murray played the Lakers 82 games a year he would be the GOAT.
Dude could be absolute ass and just turn into prime MJ against us

Lolololol. Still on the ropes on whether Bo Nix is the guy or not?

We can’t be there yet. Bo has earned the benefit of the doubt for now.

Bounced twice. Weak for Jokic.

The ball touched the ground. He's washed

Might as well trade him to the Hawks. How does he feel about going .500?

He had to slow it down a lil' for the rook :)

Who y’all got shaq or jokic???

Shaq, don't be goofy. Prime Shaq thrives in any era. Jokic thrives mostly in spacing

u/Putrid_Caramel3301 Nuggets 2h ago

I dont think its an era question. I think jokic is a top player in any era. Shaq is just better than him bc hes a fucking freight train

-4

u/iBaires Lakers 1h ago

Obviously Jokic would be good but I don't think he's putting numbers up at the level he is in the 90s/early 00s when everything played inside out. Guards mostly operating from the mid range would have clogged up a lot of his lanes. And centers weren't used like him back then, he wouldn't have been utilized properly.

There are only a few centers now who can really match up size wise with him. That isn't the case in the slow pace era.

u/Putrid_Caramel3301 Nuggets 1h ago

Oh fir sure, hes optimized in space but I still think he'd be a top player in any era, just not as good as shaq

This is an example of someone obviously talking out of their ass lol. It's clear here you're just saying things based on reputation and not really understanding.

No offense :)

u/iBaires Lakers 1h ago

Why would I take offense? You didn't say anything of value

u/hurtsbayar9 1h ago

Thrives in any era as in 2020s on an island against Kyrie or Curry?

2

u/Djgarrett1121 1h ago

It’s funny when people say this about Shaq. It’s also funny when they say it about Shaq while trying to say Jokic is better. If Jokic can play in the 2020’s and get put on an island against them, why wouldn’t a prime Shaq be able to?

Bro why's he using all his tricks in preseason, save some for the real deal man sheesh

-4

u/Ghost6x 2h ago

He has to work on that one it was way too slow to be used on anything but a wide open fastbreak

6

u/DJFreezyFish Nuggets 2h ago

Wasn’t great but he saw that no one else was around, so it gets the job done.

6

u/thisissami Jordan 1h ago

Good thing it was a wide open fastbreak 🙄

Egregious stat padding

-8

u/Current-Pound-5663 2h ago

Unnecessary but still cool af

21

u/air-con-remote 2h ago

Necessary AND cool. His body is already turned and there’s a defender in front of him. Only option I see here is either a behind-the-back or an over-the-head pass.

9

u/DrOz30 2h ago

Definitely necessary because he went with momentum , guy is a wizard. Man’s processing is beyond insane

-12

u/Spiritual-Bobcat5635 2h ago

looked cool but it's really an easy pass there is zero defenders around him, could've just thrown over his head instead of behind the back
