When shadow kin becomes another creature does it still retain flash and get a +1/+1 counter when he attacks?

Full disclosure, new to magic, new to brewing, new to EDH, am a whole idiot. I have been messing around with a burn/group slug deck. Psychosis Crawler says "whenever you draw a card, each opponent loses 1 life." Curiosity says "Whenever enchanted creature deals damage draw a card."

I think you know where this is going. Does this result in as much damage as there are cards to draw through in your library? Or am I missing some key rules. I checked EDHrec and couldn't see anything on Psychosis Crawler comboing with curiosity.

Also if I am right is there a way to stop the combo? Or do you just draw through your deck till you lose?

[[Kira Nerys, Firebrand]] on board and I activate [[Sneak Attack]] and put a wolf out. Does the wolf "forget" the self sacrifice trigger because of Kira, like does the "instead" wording do that? This is way over my head so forgive me if the question is ridiculous.

Hello! Looking for some help understanding a situation that just happened to me in a game of Commander. I was playing against a player running an Attraction deck. After a board wipe, I was the first to untap, and I recast my Commander (Gimli, Mournful Avenger) and passed the turn.

On the Attraction player's next turn, they rolled a 6 and successfully visited all of their attractions. I don't remember every single attraction they had in play, but the important ones were Foam Weapons Kiosk, Balloon Stand, and Tunnel of Love. When they visited these attractions, they had no other creatures in play (since it was right after a board wipe, like I mentioned).

They attempted to stack their triggers to make a 1/1 Balloon token, put a +1/+1 counter on it, and then Fight and kill my Commander with Tunnel of Love (since he was just a 3/2 at that time). I told them that this didn't work, because they had to choose all targets as their triggers went on the stack, meaning the Balloon didn't exist at the time of targeting and couldn't be given a +1/+1 counter from Foam Weapons Kiosk. I said that they could still choose me with Tunnel of Love and have the Balloon fight my Commander (since that doesn't target anything), but the Balloon would just be a 1/1, meaning my Commander would survive.

We argued back and forth a bit, but ultimately I relented and let them put a counter on their Balloon creature.

So my question is, who was right here? Can you stack your triggers from attractions like that, or was their play illegal?

Scenario that came up in game last night:

Player 1 is at 1 life and casts [[Reverse the Sands]]. Player 2 is at 40 life and casts [[Teferi’s Protection]] in response.
Player 3 is an innocent bystander at 20 life.

What can happen here? Obviously when RTS resolves player 2 should be at 40 because his life total can’t change. But can you still attempt to “redistribute” the totals and put a second player at 40? Or is the only option for players 1 and 3 to swap?

[[Queen Marchesa Black Rose]] has an ability that states:

Whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it dies, return that card to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of the next end step.

[[Frostbite Pyromental]] says:

At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this creature.

So we get to end step, frostbite dies, marchesa sees that... does the revive wait to happen at player 2's end step? Does he then sacrifice himself once more at player 3's end step?

I cast Mutinous Massacre naming odd creatures to be destroyed.

My opponent and I both control some odd creatures but they control Avacyn, Angel of Horror.

I gain control of Avacyn as part of the spell resolving. Do her triggers go on the stack for my opponent because she remembers being there when opp's creatures died or do they trigger for me and my creatures that died.

Or does nothing happen because he lost control of her and she wasn't there to see my creatures die. Or something else?

So I had my anti venom block a 7/7 trample deathtouch but the player only assigns 1dmg to antivenom and the rest to me? But anti venom prevents all dmg so the deathtouch should not count as lethal right or am I wrong??

Title, Opp A has [[nine lives]], if opp b swings 30 commander damage at them does opp b kill them?

[[Kira Nerys, Firebrand]]'s second ability reads "If a creature you control would enter while you control an attacking creature, instead it enters tapped and attacking"

Does this replacement effect override effects that play/create a creature attacking a particular player?

For example; if one were to attack with a creature with Myriad while controlling Kira, would they be able to have the token copies enter attacking the same player as the original?

Edit: should've said I understand this is brand new and probably doesn't have a ruling yet, and as such I'm looking for best guesses.

I play an edh deck with [[Imskir Iron-Eater]] at the helm. I believe if I use a [[Liquimetal Torque]] type of effect I can sacrifice Imskir to his own ability.

If I also have a [[Whip of Erebos]] in play, will I gain life when Imskir deals damage or not since he is off the field when I sacrifice him to his own ability?

Or do I have this all wrong and I can’t sac him to himself.

I know Omens ([[Charring Bite]] for example)can be flashbacked by [[Lier, Disciple of the Drowned]]. If casted this way, will the dragon be exiled or be shuffled into my library? Or I get to choose which replacement effect to apply first? I tested on arena (in full control) and it is exiled without asking. I wanna know if it's the right answer.

If I have [[hall of echoes]] in my [[muerra, trash tactician]] deck, can I activate it to copy muerra before her first ability trigger or is it impossible if I don't have a "at the beginning of your upkeep" effect using the stack? If you could show me what rules explains it it would help me! Thanks!

Opp A casts white board wipe, then casts Sejiri Shelter on his commander declaring white, so it doesn't die. Opp B casts [[Deflecting Swat]] to change the target then we got into a debate whether he could due to "target creature you control" in Shelter.

Cant Opp B target Sejiri?

If I have [[toph, the first metalbender]] and [[the dominion bracelet]] equipped on a creature, is there any way I can use earthbending to get the dominion bracelet back after exil? I was thinking I might be able to pay the mana for the ability and then earthbend in response using an instant, then exile the dominion bracelet, but I’m not sure that works since exile is part of the cost.

I wasn't sure if I would get the choice to choose protection from a card type when copying [[Serra's Emissary]] with [[Spark Double]] as both are "As X enters...". Would someone be able to clarify how this works?

If I have a [[Teferi's Veil]] on the battlefield, create a token copy of a creature with [[Saheeli, the Sun's Brilliance]] and attack with that token, would the phase-out prevent it from being sacrificed and let me keep the token?

I think it would let me keep the tokens as the delayed trigger happens only once. I'll be thankful for clarification as I don't have that much experience with the rules :]]

If I cast a instant/sorcery to activate [[Muddle, the Everchanging]], to do muddle's effect on [[Anticausal Vestige]], and also have a [[Redoubled Stormsinger]] attacking, can I stack them so that Stormsinger creates three more tokens of Anticasual?

Also, if muddle copies [[Zealous Conscripts]] would the creatures that I steal be able to attack this turn, or miss the timing of things?

I'm looking for some specific advice on how ETB and legend rule apply for [[Aerid Konstrati]] and cards that copy him like [[Electroduplicate]].

I thought i would get a Heartwood token from the copy entering and another one because he dies with the legend rule.

However, i get more infos that the Legend rule overrules the ETB of the copy and kills it before the ETB can be procced.
In the end, i only get a heartwood token for the "die" aspect.

I see mixed feedback from the internet, some say i still get the 2 heartwood tokens, some say the legend rule has priority... i'm getting kinda confused right there !

If I use a card like [[Echo, Perceptive Prodigy]] or [[Dynaheir, Invoker Adept]] to copy [[Sisay, Weatherlight Captain]] 's ability would the copied version check for Sisay's power or the copier's power?

due to the legend rule any copy of Avacyn gets instantly sacrificed.
Her text says she comes back at the beginning of the next end step and gets instantly sacrificed again. This should happen in every end step. Does this happen infinitely and does this trigger cards like Bloodartist?

If I tap [[Wishclaw Talisman]] and then hold priority and target it with a proliferation trigger of [[Ripples of Potential]], do I still get to go search for a card or does the phasing out of the Wishclaw Talisman also remove its ability from the stack?

Just trying to see if it would mean it would return to me on my next turn or not (for no reason whatsoever of course 😇)
