Minecraft Java [Java] Internal Exception Java.Net.SocketException

I'm going insane, I've been trying to fix this for a week straight. I reinstalled Minecraft, Java, changed DNS, turned off firewall all of it and yet nothing.hell, I even factory reset my PC. Everytime I try to join a server It gets stuck on the loading wworld message and then I get the error I, strangely some servers do work. Does me being located in Russia have to do anything with it

Someone made a chunk ban at spawn for those specific servers. basically it takes up so much space in your Minecraft RAM that it kicks you as a failsafe.
