I logged on my computer last Friday only to see my computer screen black. I was suspicious and checked all my apps which were fine, except my Minecraft launcher. The username had changed and the email linked to the account and the recovery one had also changed. A few hours later, I realised that my Microsoft outlook email account had been deleted. This meant that the hacker had changed the email linked to my account to his and then deleted my entire Microsoft account, most likely to sell it. I have the email of the hacker and part of his recovery email, and proof that the account is mine. I submitted a complaint both to Microsoft and Minecraft. I sent an in depth email to Microsoft first, explaining my situation however I just recieved an automated email providing some forms which i already unsuccessfully tried, meaning it was not helpful because the forms all said the following account does not exist even though the form is a recovery form! I sent an email back because I noticed the email was not no reply. However, the Microsoft team has not gotten back to me even after 5 days. Next, I sent an email to Minecraft with the same message. They were much better, responding quickly however they just sent a message to say that this is Microsoft's problem without giving any advice or fixes. I replied to the email however I just received a message saying that my ticket had expired. I am posting this on the reddit to gain awareness that the support system needs improvement to give me and my forever world a chance to play again.
PS: I have proof to back me up and this is not meant to hate on the support team. Please upvote this if you find it relevant. Thank you for making it this far through the post
