Sometimes You Don’t Need More Motivation. You Need Direction.

Have you ever reached a point in life where you knew something needed to change, but you weren’t sure where to begin?
Maybe you’re navigating a difficult transition, rebuilding your confidence, struggling to find direction, or simply feeling like there’s more to life than what you’re currently experiencing.
You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure everything out by yourself.
I’m Brandon Moore, Founder & CEO of Chisel360 Development Institute.
One of the most meaningful parts of what we do is life coaching and personal development.
We help individuals work toward:
Discovering clarity, purpose, and direction
Building confidence and self-discipline
Navigating life transitions and personal setbacks
Setting meaningful goals and creating actionable plans
Developing healthier habits, accountability, and personal growth
Our approach is simple: We don’t believe your current circumstances have to define your future.
Life coaching isn’t about someone telling you how to live. It’s about having someone walk alongside you, challenge your thinking, encourage your growth, and help you take intentional steps toward the life you want to build.
I’m joining this community to connect, contribute, and have meaningful conversations.
Let me ask you something:
If you could improve just ONE area of your life over the next 90 days, what would it be?
I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts.

Seeking Paying retainer for startup advisor

I am the solo founder of a bootstrapped b2b startup and have been outreaching enterprises as customers for the past 6-7 months. The product is for AI infra and I’ve had many meetings (nothing converted yet) with some high profile companies. Since I’m loosing patience I met someone who is offering to be an advisor for the following in return. Is this reasonable:

**I see an opportunity to support you behind the scenes with business planning, enterprise preparedness and customer follow-through, drawing on my experience in A, B and C.**

**I’ve attached a short proposal outlining how we could work together. My suggestion is to start with the $3,000, 30-day engagement, focus on your immediate priorities, and then decide whether ongoing monthly support would be useful. The proposal also includes the equity and success fee incentives you mentioned.**
