Warning: KillerCereal.co accused of stealing imagery and scamming Marilyn Manson fans
Everyone please be careful! KILLERCEREAL.CO is stealing my imagery and advertising an illegal merchandise launch at noon tomorrow. There is documented evidence that they did a rug pull trick on Manson fans before and never shipped the merchandise.
Read this please: https://www.reddit.com/.../watch_out_ordering_from.../

Mechanical Animals: UK Universal M&L repress vs. original 1998 CD pressings – mastering differences?
Hi everyone!
I'm considering buying the UK Mechanical Animals CD repress manufactured by Universal M&L, but before making a decision, I'd like to find out whether it uses the same digital mastering as the original 1998 CD pressings or whether there are any audible differences.
The version I'm looking at is listed on Discogs as CD, Album, Enhanced, Repress, Blue Jewel Case, O-Card, Universal M & L UK. Its catalog numbers are 490 273-2 / IND 90273, and its barcode is 606949027322. The matrix is listed as: Made in UK by Universal M&L L136 04E4.
I'm particularly interested in comparisons with the original 1998 US and European CD pressings, including editions manufactured by other plants. Has anyone compared this UK repress directly with an original 1998 pressing? Do they use the same mastering, or are there measurable or audible differences? I'd especially appreciate information based on audio rips, peak levels, DR values, or waveform comparisons.
I'm not assuming that an earlier pressing necessarily sounds better. I'm just trying to determine whether there's any meaningful difference in mastering before deciding which version to buy. If you've compared these editions yourself or know of any reliable technical comparisons, I'd love to hear your findings.
Thanks!

Other Remembering Scott Mitchell Putesky AKA Daisy Berkowitz
gallery9 years ago today, we lost Scott to colon cancer. As I assume most of you know, Scott was the co-founder of Marilyn Manson and the spooky kids, co-writing and composing songs like lunchbox, dope hat, tourniquet choklit factory and the sweet dreams cover. Without Daisy, there would have been no Manson, I really hope everyone who sees this will go and listen to man that you fear in tribute to him as that was his and mansons favourite song they made together.

Video Manson - Austin, Tx 10/21
Minute of Decay
One of the only videos I recorded & also the only one where I’m not being happily pushed around in the middle of the crowd. 10/10 Best show of his I’ve been to.

ACSS pet peeve
galleryI bought ACSS the day of release and about ten years later I rebought it because my disc got scratched
I loved how the booklet unfolded so the four words from the cover are revealed to be made of two other words (heart - heaven/comfort, mind - minister/fiend, complacent - complaisant/magnificent, malice - master/lice)
the booklet from the ten years later version fucked up the fold and ruins the effect
this has been my Ted Talk

Did Manson say anything about daisy at last night's show?
Since it was the anniversary of his and daisy was crucial part of antichrist, despite not featuring on most of the album. I just wonder if he dedicated man that you fear to him or anything like that

Setlist for upcoming shows in the future
I feel like for years Manson played the basic same greatest hits set list with a couple random different songs and a few new songs
I remember when asked during a live Q and A my buddy went and asked why he doesn’t change the set list when he and Billy Corgan were about to tour together
I feel that now that he’s done this ACSS anniversary tour he has definitely gained more confidence that he can play songs he hasn’t played since 1996/1997
I feel that now he will be more comfortable playing different songs he doesn’t normally play rather than the same song like Disposable Teens, Mobscene, New Shit, Dope Show, and all the hits he normally plays with a few new songs
I feel like after this anniversary tour he may keep some of the songs on the set list. He usually always plays Coma White usually as the last song but maybe he will keep Man that you Fear as the closer and add more variety
There are some songs I’d die to see live. I’ve seen him 27 times live and the last 17 the set list has been generally the same
I’d love to see Target Audience live, A place in the Dirt, Spade, Vodevil and some other songs
I think that he realizes that he is capable of playing songs that he hasn’t played in decades and nailed each song im hoping that he starts mixing up the set list and when the anniversary tour ends he keeps some of the songs on the setlist when he does his next solo tour for OAUG chapter 2
I think we will see a more varied set list even after this anniversary tour is over
What do you guys think ? What song are you dying to hear live that’s rarely played, never been played live or hasn’t been played live in decades ?

galleryFinally got around to spray painting the newest album cover. The chin and right eye are a little more narrow than i would’ve liked, but i still think it turned out well. I’ve sprayed the previous couple MM album covers too if anyone hasn’t seen my previous posts and wants to check them out✌️

I love that Nick does live keys alongside guitar duties for this tour
Hope this keeps being a thing!
It seems like during parts where there is no second guitar, he plays live key parts and when the lead guitar needs to be played the keys get backtracked, super cool!
