Question Help me identify the trick/method - Blind Man Divination
Hi all, the other day I came across the following video (sorry it’s in Spanish, I provided a description below). I really loved the effect and was wondering if anybody knows how it works or where it was published. I tried searching but I don’t even know what’s the name of this effect (in case is a popular one).

Thanks in advance.
For anyone who doesn’t speak Spanish - The magician talks about a blind man that approached the table and prompted him to follow his instructions: he cuts the deck in three piles, takes an apparently random amount of cards from each the external two packets, turns them over and exchanges the face up cards between them (more clear in the video). Shuffles the external packs. Puts the deck back together, and finally splits the deck in half turning over one of the halves and mixing the packs together. At the end the magician reveals that the blind man, against the impossibility of knowing how many cards will be face up after all the random turn overs, puts the hand on top and told him there will be 25 cards facing up. Upon checking, there are indeed 25 face up cards.
