i track every dollar in a spreadsheet because freelancing means income swings hard. lunch was my biggest leak, $12 to $15 daily on mediocre takeout that i barely remember eating. i switched to thrifting ingredients instead of thrifting clothes and now i am trying to build a rotation of actually good meals that cost less than a fancy coffee.

Quick and easy lunch! Fruit salad of sorts, scrambled eggs with bell peppers, applewood smoked sausage and spinach, and diluted pink grapefruit lemonade.

Today’s lunch is slow cooked meatball stew

Ate lunch while I was working. Not much to say apart from it's very crispy when freshly cooked, but quickly turns soggy if one doesn't eat it fast enough.

I realize like this combination

Picked a random restaurant today for lunch. Had fried Mahi tacos, they were great, except they didn't heat the tortillas.
