Edit: found the issue, my iGPU randomly turned on again even though I completely turned it off over a month ago
On my laptop (specs are quadro m2000m, i7 6920hq 16gb ram) and usually I get like 90-120 fps on deadlock on the lowest graphics 720p, CSGO i get 140 at medium graphics 1080p, roblox super blox 64 I get 90 fps on 1080p high graphics and some other games, but for some reasons today I got significantly less fps, in both CSGO and deadlock I get less than 26 fps even at 720p low graphics and the roblox game i mentioned gets me 30-40 fps now, why is this happening? I completely disabled my iGPU over a month ago and I kept resetting my laptop so I could reset my Gpu all day yet nothing was fixed

I know the performance cost is pretty big, and you need to lower the actual rendering resolution in order to achieve the same performance as FSR 3. But I watched a video about FSR 4 vs. 3 on Steam Deck. And FSR 4 used the performance mod to achieve similar performance to FSR 3, but it still looks better, especially hair and thin objects.
The problem is FSR 4 performs so badly on my Vega iGPU, last time I checked, despite being 50% powerful as the Steam Deck's iGPU. I believe it's not about raw power; it's about driver optimizations or something. So I wanted to learn about the current situation on Intel UHD and older Nvidia GPUs.
I have laptops with Intel UHD and Vega Graphics

I have a dell Inspiron 3520 with i5-1235u , Intel iris xe graphics and 16 gb dual channel ddr4 ram..
I love good looking open world games .. I am playing rdr 2 locked at 18 fps and running lossless scaling at 2x frame gen.. I played rdr 1 at 30 fps native 1080p low, far cry 3, assassin's creed black flag, batman Arkham origins..

Okay so specs:
Cpu : AMD Ryzen 5 4600H
Gpu : NVIDIA GTX 1650
RAM: 8gb
The only thing is that my laptop is 5 years old and maybe it has enough dust in its fans to cover the sahara...but MAYBE I'm not sure...it can run other games good...I tried the finals where it atleast loaded and then started giving 30 fps in game and crashed
I checked in google my specs are good enough to run valo but heck it can't even load and bring my to the menu...I have also downloaded it in SSD drive and I've also gone to yt to check any of those "how to make ur laptop faster" vids too...I'm clueless now
Any help will be wildly appreciated
