In the lore of several League of Legends champions, who is most likely to die?

K/DA's got all together; 27 new pieces of merch, two mythic variants, one of the two legendaries, a new nexus finisher, and a new EP featuring 5 new singles.

Heartsteel & True Damage each got one poorly received new single, of which for both fans complained with how the bands original sound seemingly got lost in the process. As well as True Damage getting a new Legendary for Akali, while Hearsteel additionally received 6 new pieces of merch. Meanwhile True Damage's new merch is instead locked away to the 200 dollar music collector's box, for which we're barely even allowed to know what's inside.

This doesn't feel like a celebration of Riot's music. it feels like a K/DA event they decided to change last minute to try and cash in on their bands without actually dedicating any effort in actually building or even sustaining their fanbases.

Frankly I don't really see the point of even including the other bands in the marketing, let alone Pentakill for who not even a single member got a new skin, let alone a single, let alone any new merch beyond the 200 dollar mystery box, if the bias is going to be this blatant

Like her way of speaks, carries herself and dresses is almost the opposite of how she did in arcane. Her magic was entirely barrier based, reflecting harm away from herself into others, whereas only her W really stayed true to that fantasy while now being erased, replaced by a generic barrier/speed boost and windwall effect.

Its hard to even really consider the two to be the same character

As for Morde and Kindred - Different cultures of Runeterra have different understandings and relationships to death. Kindred is interesting as the myth of Kindred takes many forms across many of Runeterra's cultures. Given Sahn-Uzal (Mordekaiser when he was human)'s faith in the Hall of Bones, I think it's safe to say his culture did not have a Kindred myth. As for what he would make of Kindred were he to meet him now? That would indeed be an interesting story that I hope we get to tell some day...

So it is confirmed that Mordekaiser never met Kindred, but Kindred has to be aware of Mordekaiser's first return and the creation of Mitna Rachnun, right?

I understand that Kindred usually doesn't do something about the undead, as shown by the origin lore text-

-however if Mordekaiser achieves "dominion over both the living and the dead", it would render Kindred's existence pointless, since Mordekaiser can then do everything they do and more. Kindred would have to fight him or accept becoming his pawn. So if Kindred is aware of Mordekaiser, surely they view him as a threat. So what do they do about it? Is Kindred helping Leblanc?

First and foremost I’m a Riven main so I might be a little biased. Second, I am assuming the show I’m theorising about will be focused around Noxus plus maybe Ionia, of course if it’s set in Demacia or Bilgewater she has nothing to do with that story.

I know this is a somewhat popular take but I want to hear more opinions on this, because I feel like I’m going full mental.

So my biggest argument for this is that she’s, at least the way I view it, the most similar Noxian champion to Vi, whilst being different enough. She’s an underdog in her current lore wronged by the regime, she has good intentions but a horrible past, started as a war criminal and ended up seeking forgiveness and atonement for her actions, ultimately sacrificing her freedom for her Ionian adoptive father’s life. While this is not Vi one to one, it strikes somewhat of a resemblance, as Vi also started from the bottom and lost a lot of people she cared about. She also looks similar in a way to Vi which might not be too important, but would appeal to the Arcane audience.

Another argument I have is that I don’t really find any other Noxian champions’ stories to be protagonist material. I’m not saying that, for example, Katarina, Darius, and Swain aren’t cool, they are really cool, I’m saying that they’re already well off, in positions of power, leaders, Noxian nobles and whatnot, and Riot said that they focus on ground stories first, then they span out into the grander story. They would be more like the “political” side of Arcane, which was still very important, but less focused on individual character development and more focused on the development of Piltover & Zaun as a whole. Riven was a soldier, rose the ranks, defected, and now is forced to be a pit fighter. She could show her evolution, and a different side of Noxus, the “regular person” side of it, her sisterhood, her story could make people view Noxus as not just an “evil empire”, at least before she defects. And if I already mentioned Arcane, she has ties to Singed and LeBlanc, which would be a way to connect the stories.

Only other champion I can say would work as a protagonist is Rell, but her story revolves almost entirely around the Black Rose and I doubt it would be a good story to only show that side of Noxus.

Lastly without Riven they would really miss out on pretty much the entire Noxus versus Ionia lore, which is the event in LoL lore that absolutely everyone knows about. And yes I know Swain was part of the war too, but it would be dumb to include Swain’s point of view and not Riven’s, as they happen at the same time and would be a great way to display what I said earlier about the different sides of Noxus. And if I’m not mistaken Riot have stated in the past that they wanted to make Riven and Irelia interact in some way, so this could be a great opportunity.

And of course if she appears or any champion appears 90% of their story would be retconned, but it would still be thematically and overall similar to the original, so this is why I’m mentioning current lore.

This has nothing to do with the post but I would absolutely love an ancient Shurima show/movie, but I doubt it will happen soon.
