Am I supposed to be scared of them? Is Kled the only one from Noxus who is actually capable?

Aurora is heavily inspired by European folklore specifically witches which were thought to turn into Rabbits in Ancient Europe. Here is a list of things Ive noticed about her symbolism

-Her name is Aurora which is obviously inspired by Aurora Borealis which we see colored onto the bottom of her hat and moonstone gems embedded into her clothes.

-The back of her jacket is depicted Witches Bells or Hare Bells, the official flower of Sweden which was believed to have been used by witches to turn into Rabbits. Also related to fairies or spirits.

-Her hat and boots have orrery patterns which is a device used in astronomy. She also has crescent moon symbols which possibly relates to the Chinese tale of the Rabbit in the Moon.

-Her clothes have eye symbols including the evil eye which possibly relates to her ability to "See what I see" noticing the spirit realm.

-Her wand is orange in her model and vaguely shaped like a carrot

-Alice in Wonderland references. She "hops" through portals into the spirit realm as a mean to escape her enemies. The portals are like rabbit holes which lead to another realm such as Alice following the white rabbit into Wonderland. She references Through the Looking Glass, which could also be related to her ability to see spirits.

-Her hair is red; she is a carrot top (lol). Her design seems to be inspired by Velma.

-Big hat/Rabbit. Magician pulls a rabbit out of a hat

-She walks on her tiptoes like Rabbits do (many such mammals do this; Cats, Elephants). Also, a trait of autism which she is confirmed to be.

-She has vocal stims which are shown when she mimics a rabbit she says. "BREEE!"

-Her abilities have sigil like markings

-Her abilities give her the power to make a quick escape as rabbits are hard to catch

In conclusion, her design is well thought out and full of puns and jokes. Rabbit characters are neat due to so much folklore and popular media surrounding them. She gives off nerdy girl or Velma vibes to me.

Story wise: Zac sense the "help" Mundo giving his "patients" and the stirs him into actions. But when he encounters the mad doctor he expected a twisted sense of malice, but Zac with his empathy sensed his own madness he believed he was helping & sadness. As why he was sad Zac will never know he an empath not psychic. For how could he know the tortured soul within. An experiment and a man who lost so lost he barely recognized himself. Zac that the one thing he could relate too given his backstory when it comes to lost. Oh zaun what this city turns people into.

Fight wise: Zac can be harm with cutting weapons but he can still put up a fight so comes down to this could Zac restrain Mundo until he runs out of breath? Or will Mundo leave a shocking surprise for Zac?

I couldn’t figure out how to get one online and haven’t seen anyone talking about this after release but I went in person and they had them there! Does anyone know how to get the large format collectors edition?Or signed copies?

First and foremost I’m a Riven main so I might be a little biased. Second, I am assuming the show I’m theorising about will be focused around Noxus plus maybe Ionia, of course if it’s set in Demacia or Bilgewater she has nothing to do with that story.

I know this is a somewhat popular take but I want to hear more opinions on this, because I feel like I’m going full mental.

So my biggest argument for this is that she’s, at least the way I view it, the most similar Noxian champion to Vi, whilst being different enough. She’s an underdog in her current lore wronged by the regime, she has good intentions but a horrible past, started as a war criminal and ended up seeking forgiveness and atonement for her actions, ultimately sacrificing her freedom for her Ionian adoptive father’s life. While this is not Vi one to one, it strikes somewhat of a resemblance, as Vi also started from the bottom and lost a lot of people she cared about. She also looks similar in a way to Vi which might not be too important, but would appeal to the Arcane audience.

Another argument I have is that I don’t really find any other Noxian champions’ stories to be protagonist material. I’m not saying that, for example, Katarina, Darius, and Swain aren’t cool, they are really cool, I’m saying that they’re already well off, in positions of power, leaders, Noxian nobles and whatnot, and Riot said that they focus on ground stories first, then they span out into the grander story. They would be more like the “political” side of Arcane, which was still very important, but less focused on individual character development and more focused on the development of Piltover & Zaun as a whole. Riven was a soldier, rose the ranks, defected, and now is forced to be a pit fighter. She could show her evolution, and a different side of Noxus, the “regular person” side of it, her sisterhood, her story could make people view Noxus as not just an “evil empire”, at least before she defects. And if I already mentioned Arcane, she has ties to Singed and LeBlanc, which would be a way to connect the stories.

Only other champion I can say would work as a protagonist is Rell, but her story revolves almost entirely around the Black Rose and I doubt it would be a good story to only show that side of Noxus.

Lastly without Riven they would really miss out on pretty much the entire Noxus versus Ionia lore, which is the event in LoL lore that absolutely everyone knows about. And yes I know Swain was part of the war too, but it would be dumb to include Swain’s point of view and not Riven’s, as they happen at the same time and would be a great way to display what I said earlier about the different sides of Noxus. And if I’m not mistaken Riot have stated in the past that they wanted to make Riven and Irelia interact in some way, so this could be a great opportunity.

And of course if she appears or any champion appears 90% of their story would be retconned, but it would still be thematically and overall similar to the original, so this is why I’m mentioning current lore.

This has nothing to do with the post but I would absolutely love an ancient Shurima show/movie, but I doubt it will happen soon.

it is intertwined with viego due to how it was created, but it can be taken from him by third parties for personal use

Semi-anthology set in Piltover and Zaun post-Arcane

(Note: Side Champs can have their own storylines and expansions, y'all can go ham in the comments. Also they're more so champs with good potential to mix well with their stories.)

Storyline I: two souls awakened after the Arcane Incident: Blitzcrank and Zac. Blitz is the steam-hex Golem (or a person of the same species as that robot councilor, who was in a coma but awakened after the Incident) that has set itself to the task of helping the people of Piltover and Zaun. Zac is a result of a chemtech experiment awakened at the time of the Incident, now set on helping the folks of the Zaun as is the want of his creators. (Side Champions: Twitch, Urgot, Dr. Mundo, Zeri)

Storyline II: An up and coming Seraphine, graced with technology gone strange after the Incident, sets on her quest to better the relations of Piltover and Zaun. (Side Champions: Renata, Camille, Zeri)

Storyline III: Caitlyn and Vi found a new police force based for both Piltover and Zaun, and both of them try to enforce the shaky peace now established after the Incident, one case at a time. (Side Champions: Urgot, Renata, Camille, Ekko, Zeri)

Storyline IV: An awakened Orianna explores a new Piltover and Zaun after the Arcane Incident, living with her father and trying to decide her place in the world (Side Champions: Singed, Zeri, Twitch, Ekko)

Storyline V: Ziggs returns to Piltover/Zaun, trying to find out what happened to his friend Heimerdinger after a while of not communicating. Shenanigans occur. (Side Champions: Ekko, Zeri, Twitch, Blitz, Zac)

My own personal headcanon is that arcane (despite being a pseudo reboot to PNZ) is basically just the legends of runeterra universe but moments, arcs, and events for other mainline characters and regions are gonna be vastly different compared to the card game but all the new characters ane their stories that were first showcased in LOR are now canon or going to be canon. This also applies to wild rift too in this scenario

It's kinda unrealistic and we don't know for sure but I would like that to happen imo, plus it gives riot more options for characters to become champions and saves up a bit less time since they're familiar with them from a development and lore standpoint while also still opening the door for brand new characters never seen before as well like Locke, yunara, and zaaheen
