I thought it would be interesting to figure out what Pokemon kof characters would use. Ones that feel right for their style.

Kyo and Iori being rivals i figures Armarouge and Ceruledge would be a perfect for.

Meitenkun is self explanatory.

Najd being a hero who uses darkness i figured a Kamen Rider (hero) inspired bug that's also dark type would match well.

Kukri could have been a sand kind of pokemon but him being the king of perverts felt more important to represent him.

Luong and Tsareena can step on me.

I personally really like the Leona and Bisharp pairing. I feel it works really well, with both being so slash oriented. Bonus points if it's a blue shiny one to match her hair.

Shermie has and loves hamsters and has a dark evil side. Mopeko is the perfect fit.

I'm surprised by the lack of crossover with these 2 franchises. What are your takes on kof pokemon trainers?

I can’t even dream of ever being this good. The fact that he did this on arcade stick too… bravo

Trying to get back in the challenge.

Finally 🔥

Not everything is here though. KOF 2000, 2002 UM, MOTW are missing...

Like how they do it in Mortal Konbat, Street fighter and Tekken.

UPDATE: Thanks to this thread, I will be seeking out copies of 2002UM, XI, Neowave, and maybe even the Orochi Saga Collection (used to own it but my PS4 died). And also '99 for nostalgia's sake. Thanks for all the suggestions and insight!

As someone who grew up with only '99 and the two 3D PS2 games, and with some more experience as an adult with XIV and XV, I want to give the older games a more fair shake. Other than '98 and XIII, which I'm aware are considered GOATs in the franchise, which other KOF's deserve that status? I can play almost any of them thanks to the Hamster ports on Xbox and Switch.

Thanks in advance.

Put together a tier list for KOF 2002 Plus, but with one absolute rule: Every character is played at their theoretical ceiling by a player who has completely mastered them.

We are talking zero execution flubs, pixel-perfect spacing, optimal Max Mode routing, and full exploitation of character-specific glitches and advanced tech.

When execution barriers and human error are taken completely out of the equation, the meta shifts drastically. Characters who struggle with tough inputs or restrictive neutral tools suddenly turn into monsters, and hidden routing loops break the game wide open.

Hello everyone,
I’m new to snk games but not to fighters.

None of the mainstream games suit me. FF and KoF are best ones there so here comes my question.
I want to put some hours in one of this games but both have low player Base on steam.
How it is in Europe? In what game ill find matches faster, community is more healthy and will live propably longer?

Thanks for all aneswears guys, have fun all!

How many minutes until everyone hates me

Honestly, I have always been a fan of Kyo not because of the tragedies he faces in most story arcs but also because of how he also handles them, ending nearly every fight with a smile. In the first games, he almost lost his father to Rugal which led him to become a hobofighter to avoid more catastrophes again. Even after the chaos of the NESTS arc, he always casually ends his matches with a smile. The Ash saga once again brings back his serious side but when combined with the Maximum Impact series and OVA that take place after XI it's obvious that he is wandering alone so that Ash would not hurt others beside him like what happened to Chizuru and Shingo. Maximum Impact 2 even gave him a sidestory where he is wandering around South Town missing his friends from Osaka while in Another Day he takes the blame for South Town's fire because Ash was playing with him while Alba thought Kyo was the villain. Even in the XIII prologue Kyo takes a more serious side but when Benimaru and Daimon act cheerfully about his serious side, Kyo returns to his calm self. Guess that's why he is my favorite

Do you guys think Sooa or Shermie Assesina is stronger?

I watched a lot of shermie assesina’s video, her combo is unreal
