Fatty McButterpants How come there’s no horror show called Doug?
Is Carrie actually the scary one?

Btw, Reddit makes it really hard to make changes on a sub. Let me know if somethings wrong. Does gifs work now? I'm old school, old.reddit on desktop. Let me know.
Edit: Gifs work! Yay, have fun

He has continued to work well after the end of KoQ, lots of smaller supporting roles in movies and TV, which I'm happy to see. But he was so great on the show, did anyone else feel he was going to be a bigger star?

Are all of Heffercan's Golden Raspberry Award nominations deserved?

I love king of queens
But season 6 ep 20
Fo.pa
I can't stand it.....
Carrie rightfully lays into arthur for being the horrible father he has been and is.....
Yet the episode appears to think we should feel sorry for arthur

In season 7, episode 5 (where he fakes a heart attack because he forgot the name of Carries coworker), during the medical testing Doug says he is claustrophobic. Did he ever mention that in any other episode? Or is there anything proving or disproving this statement in any other episode?

A rough list of every contradiction I documented when I had free time
How doug met Carrie
Arthur's economic status (at the beginning potrayed as a retired man with an IRA later habitually broke)
Carries mother
Carries sister
Danny's relationship with doug (explicitly stated as estranged. Later in the series treated as though him and doug were always close or hung out)
How doug started working at IPS
Doug's fitness (potrayed on multiple occasions as a high-school athlete on other occasions treated as someone who's never stepped foot in a gym at any point in his life)
Spence's many allergies
Ritchie
How doug met Deacon and how far their relationship goes back
Doug and Carries education (occasionally said to be dropouts on other occasions said to have never attended)
How strong the union at IPS is (some occasions treated as very protective others O'boyle can just fire someone on the spot)
Age of O'Boyle's kids
Age of deacons kids (they never age)
Deacons national gaurd service
Deacons father being a dentist
Arthur's military service
Spence being virgin
Doug and Carrie's dog
Doug and Carrie's neighbors (constantly shift without explanation or inconsistent explanation)
Doug and Carrie's porch
Arthur's health
Arthur's ability to drive
Carries boss season 1
Doug occasionally being referred to as an only child

We are watching KoQ and my partner says “I gotta go check the air fryer, it’ll be done in like 30 seconds.”
And I said “You should count it down like Doug, ‘And five, four, three, two, one👉’” *Ding\*
Believe me when I say, it was the most perfect and exact timing and without skipping a beat I said “I am amaaazzinng!”
Have you had any KoQ moments in the real world?

I’ll watch an episode and sometimes Doug does something that feels very Peter Griffin. Like for example, it’s at the end of the episode and Doug gets wants to exercise his abs again but just gets in bed instead. 😆

I’ve been watching the show until the 3rd season for now and is it just me but Carrie being with Doug, who is a complete man-child and not to mention in very bad shape, is completely unrealistic marriage?
I think in real life no normal woman would ever consider being with a guy like Doug and not to mention a hottie like Carrie. TBH I think Spence would have much higher chance to be with Carrie because he looks like the most down-to-earth guy but the show paints him to look like a loser, which is totally untrue. Doug is unhinged and even on the border of being a psychopath having in mind how many times he lied to her for his own benefit and I even haven’t finished S3.
Very strange show indeed.

Thank you everyone! I’ve been wanting to watch that for a long time, but couldn’t find that episode.

I hadn’t watched it in years. I never ever thought she was ugly but I’m a straight female so I never really thought about it when I was younger. I heard some men talking about her on a podcast or something about how she’s like a 5 or 6. They were kinda bashing her. Again, I noticed it but didn’t think much of it. Now at my ripe ole age of 45 I’m like DAMN! She’s beautiful and has a figure for days! Anyway, just a random thought.
