ive been using the medic and it feels like all the skills are useless besides the heal = self heal and revives. the pistols are amazing for heals but even with the damage boost my team cant kill a flesh pound im just giving instant revives. for example i quit a match because i was reviving the team but they couldn't kill anything I had 30 revives by wave 4 on h-o-e.(should i just let them die???) if i go dps medic it still doesn't feel like enough dps to help out. just wasting ammo. I run the 3% damage buff for teammates stacked 3 times plus damage boost when heals, if i go dps my weapons have stumble/toxic/panic. When im on a good team im fine, but if the team needs help im useless.

I'm playing the Demolitionist class on just Normal & the XP difference is larger compared to other classes. When I'm on Hard for other classes, bosses give me 2286-2287XP. Any answers?

Holyshit. Last week I played killing floor 2 first time ever, and people told me to test kf1. This is so good. Once I got settings roght I have been palying this only. The feeling this game has is amazing. And the gun sounds and all... Wow. Any tips for kf1?

Finally grinded out the last bits of XP I needed to get all my perks to level 25. Even with the most optimal methods it still takes almost 2 hours to go from level 20 to 25.

At least I no longer feel like I have to play a perk for the sake of leveling it up, it's mainly up to me and what my team might need (or doesn't need another)

Unless you have a perk you really enjoy or are gonna be playing with some newbie friends, I would not recommend prestiging. It's just a showoff badge and a few samey weapon skins.

The only thing I'm still missing from a true 100% profile is the VS Human Win achievement.

How do I get kf1 to run good? Is there somekindof fps limiter or something hidden? Its on 40-145fps, and it so annoying. I have game in steam and I have AMD radeon app. Anything helps.

Just played a match, where 3 medics finished with 1.3+ million damage each, none of them were using the Vulcan either, and their healing output was pretty equal among all of them on Suicidal difficulty. My question is: how?
I’ve been playing a mix of Firebug and Medic, and everytime I play a 10 round Medic my damage from the whole 10 rounds is like 300k-400k.
I’d like to learn how to increase my damage output on the Medic just so I feel like I’m bringing more to the team besides healing

I'm definitely gonna receive hate for this. Cause I feel like me and my friend are alone with this opinion but the absurd amount of changes in mechanics with this game has made it feel unenjoyable and different. Disclaimer, I adore tripwire and respect all the developers for their commitment. I loved kf2 and despite the backlash surrounding kf3. I picked up the game during season 2 and I genuinely enjoyed it a lot.

I am Fully aware & acknowledge the improvements the game held compared to its beta. I was so focused and grinded +100 hours. I never went back to kf2 for a long time.But then I started feeling resentment around season 4. The , same lack of guns & feel, the new zed spawns, gameplay changes, and ESPECIALLY the movement change for the game has made this game feel too messy and frustrating. Call me bad if you want, SkILl IsSue, I don't care about even displaying if I'm good or not. The game has always been HARD which I LOVE. I've won and definitely lost many Hell on Earth solos in the past. I adore the intensity the game has but it's more messy gameplay and force changes in zed behavior & spawn that doesn't feel compatible with what the game used to be. They want make the difficulty like kf2 where areas many situations are not runnable and unavoidable and gambles with chance. Which I never minded in that game. But it doesn't fit for kf3; a game that wasn't designed for that style. That's why there's limited resources in most matches, especially solo. Am I bad or whining? NO Ive beaten 10 rounds hell on Earth in oil rig and felt rather frustrated than pleased just by how unpleasant the gameplay is despite surviving . I hate it, it's too messy and feels like everything requires extra steps to move around the map or using items. There's a difference between making something that's challenging and making something annoying. You don't simply implement more challenge by just spammin 20 stalkers behind you or making scrakes & flesh pounds tanky then your left with no resources. Or getting stuck half the time when running cause of the atrocious movement despite discovered solutions you thought you had for it.

There's supposed to be balances to these things that establish challenge but fun to it. THE GAME isn't fun cause it's ToO HaRder, it's just Annoying. I enjoy the problem solving with new updates and what to work around with but when it's too clanky and makes the gameplay more messy, it's not fun and even though I still play with only friends cause their company makes me happy, I don't play by myself anymore. I want this game to strive But that's just me, what do you think, if I'm wrong please tell me. Or convince me, In the meantime I'm gonna stay in kf2. I really want people's criticism and feedback to what I'm specifically pointing out..

If I press E to pick up stuff like ammo pack or Syringes from the ground It doesn't always work. I need to press multiple times and of course it's a mess to do it while ur chased by zeds

Hello im fairly new to kf3 and trying to just power level my perks im on console and im running onslaught on SUI is that basically the best way or is there anything a little quicker i feel when I hit level 18 it had a massive jump for exp to next level

I just tested the ability to automatically refill the sirynge, and OMG, it's a huge QoL that needs to come back to the game. A review of the movement would also be interesting. For example: Making the slide and dash (or just the dash) exclusive to the ninja.

The gameplay loop feels better and more challenging without being able to dash and slide like crazy, especially because you're forced to pull out your knife for a faster sprint, just like in kf1. I hope the devs take some notes from this weekly event for future QoL updates.

Hey guys, just bought the game a couple of days ago - so far I’ve been having a ton of fun playing with friends. In general the game feels pretty good, not kf2 level, but I feel that it can get there. One of the main issues me and my friends discussed was how bland and unsatisfactory the executions feel. There’s no “humph” to them, no weight to the animation. I was expecting something more along doom’s line, but it doesn’t even have to go that hard. Just add a bit of camera movement or something to make it feel more punchy.

Have the devs mention anything regarding this? Or is it something the community doesn’t really care about?

I do understand that maybe the community would have some other things be attended first, but I still wanted to know what’s your feeling on this!

And just to close and be clear about this: The game is really fun! Looking forward to whatever the devs have cooking!

TWI said they didn’t touch Big Zed health in solo mode, but I strongly doubt it. In this clip, I wasted more than 8 magazines just to take down a single Scrake. Before the update, using the same gun and build, I could kill these guys with 3 or 4 magazines. Like, it’s ridiculous how much punishment these guys can take right now.

Now imagine this in a 6-player HoE lobby, where you need double or even triple the number of magazines to kill just one of these guys. Like, for fuck’s sake, how is this shit fun?

I’m impressed that, despite all these health buffs, these guys are still a complete joke. They’re not threatening or engaging; they’re just massive bullet sponges.

Oh, and don’t even get me started on FPs. They’re ridiculous. They go down in 2 magazines and are completely dumb and braindead. As a matter of fact, Scrakes are more of a threat right now than FPs.

As I said before, buffing health doesn’t make the game more challenging; it just makes it utterly boring and a chore to play.

Anyone else experiencing the in game music not working on any of the maps?

Hello everyone, I started to play KF3 a few days ago and already did a few hours in it, I actually love this game, it's simple, straight forward, I can just jump in and have some fun, but I wanted to ask a few questions

Maybe it is because I'm still playing in normal difficulty, but is there any reason to buy the 'mid tier' weapons? I usually keep the starting, upgrade it with the attachments, upgrade armor, and then just wait and go for the highest cost purple weapon

As for the Perk's Profiencies (the level that slowly goes up as I upgrade a Perk's skill tree), those buff are global for each Perk, or only for itself?

Is there any way to reduce the Special ability of the Perks? I like them a lot, it reminds me of something like Borderlands game, but as of now, I can use them only 1 time per round, so I either keep them as a 'save me button', or just end up wasting them with the last 4/5 creep, just for fun

One last thing, I saw in the roadmap that an Endless mode should come by time, how long does it usually take when they announce something like that to actually come in the game?

Yesterday I bought killing floor 2. Played it first time ever and almost 8hours on first day after installing. I have been playing every cod zombies, but this feels 1000x smoother and easier to get into. Im just hooked on all these effects, maps, how the guns feel and these graphics. They dont make games like these anymore. So, is Killing Floor 3 like this? Should I go for that newer game?
