Eighth pack done: the other half of a hospital, an OR and a clinical lab. Free slice of it: operating table, anesthesia machine, blood analyzer, biohazard bin, a couple of lab props, plus walls and floor.
Same grid as the rest, and matched in scale to the original Hospital pack, so the two sit in one room without nudging anything.
I said a small hospital. It has an operating room now.

Hi! We just released the demo for Working With Montabi, a desktop companion where cute creatures and your typing avatar keep you company while you work or do anything on your screen.
When you put an item in your room, cute creatures called Montabi will visit and hang out in your room. You can collect every Montabi at your own pace without worrying about scams or bots because there’s no marketplace trading.
If you’re lucky, you might get gifts from the Montabi visitors to customize your room and avatar. You can also use various tools like to-do list and Pomodoro timer to help you stay productive, then your avatar will remind you to stretch, drink water, and tell that you’ve worked hard.
We’re also welcoming new crossovers in this demo: You can now work with Teto from cooking sim Kuloniku and Nyanus from ADV card-battler Kumitantei!
To summarize, here’s what you can do in Working With Montabi:
If you decided to try the demo, please share your thoughts and give us a review on Steam!
The demo will be coming to Steam Next Fest soon, so your feedback means a lot and will help us make working even more fun with Montabi. Thank you!

I posted about the game here before and got some really helpful feedback, so I wanted to share the new trailer with you as well.
Harmony Strike is an isometric roguelite where you move a whole party through the horde while each hero attacks on their own.
Which heroes you place next to each other creates different Harmony bonds, and those bonds affect how your party fights.
As you progress, you rescue new heroes from bosses, evolve their weapons, collect runes and relics, and return to the village between runs.
I have been focused on getting the demo ready and changed quite a lot recently, so I put together a new trailer to show how the game looks now.

Talked with a lot of people to tweak it. I think result is quite decent.

I always loved isometric games and I was a bit frustrated to not be able to experience it like this in VR so I did this small experiment. I think it looks cool :)

Hey everyone!
We’re an indie studio with a small team of two people who decided to build a game for the fans of old-school tactics like FF Tactics, Fire Emblem, XCOM and Tactics Arena Online. Our goal was to carve up some space in-between these giants. I designed, funded and produced the game. A first for me outside of the industry.
I'd like to announce the release of Athelan Battlegrounds on November 25th 2026!
It’s a free-to-play, turn-based tactics game, aimed at people who enjoy a skill-based competitive environment. There’s no meta progression and no pay-to-win. While it is fairly easy to learn, it offers players a chance to really dive deep and become masters.
The game is a neon-lit cyberpunk arena that combines the depth of chess with the champion designs of games like League of Legends. Players have full control over their team compositions in both our 5v5 and 10v10 game modes. Create your teams, use duplicates of the same champions if you want to and test your loadouts in PvP or PvAI queues!
The idea, of course, is for everyone to come up with the most unhinged compositions and utilize each champion to its maximum potential. No two matches are ever the same!
We’ve also recently introduced a puzzles maker where anyone can create infinite custom levels to either torture others or teach complex game concepts.
While Athelan Battlegrounds is set to release on November 25th this year, we have a free demo on Steam that will be available until launch.
We plan to hold our 3rd and last demo tournament soon with cash prizes and exclusive rewards that will carry over to the main game so be sure to get your practice in!
If you’re one of the few niche tactics fans, we’d love a wishlist.
Thank you and see you on the Battlegrounds!

Cities in Frontier Valley are big and full of life. Every building can be entered and looks differently inside.
In winter, days get shorter and it is freezing outside, but townspeople still need to go to places like the market, the church, or the tavern.
But towns are just the home bases for your adventure - there is a world out there waiting for you, with dungeons, fortresses, and mystic places to explore.
The Steam Playtest is up for just a few more days. Join to check out the unrestricted version now - there is so much to discover, it will take some time!

Seventh pack done, a restaurant kitchen. I'm giving away a free slice of it: pizza oven, dish sink, stock pots and a few other bits, plus walls and floor so you can build a small kitchen.
It's on the same grid as all my other packs, so you can put it right next to the diner or the cafeteria and nothing needs nudging.

Hope someone builds something fun with it.

I recently revisited the fog of war in Wars of Empire to improve map readability and early-game exploration.
The older version felt more restrictive and visually cramped, while the updated version gives a cleaner reveal around the player and makes the surrounding terrain easier to read without removing the sense of uncertainty.
The goal was to keep exploration meaningful while making the world feel more readable and less boxed in.
Sharing a before and after comparison here.
