Well, Mudiji specifically gave 10 Percent EWS toffee to General category people, to by-pass the 50 percent Reservation limit.

And, this 49.5 percent Reservation ( excluding EWS) is because Supreme Court in Indra Swani Judgment, 1992 had said that Reservation cannot exceed 50 percent, so Politicians capped it at 49.5 percent. If, they had said 70 percent, our Doorth Politicians would already have made it 69.5 percent .

Yes , totally true like you mentioned ,as you said that toffee was used to increase reservation which has been capped under law or by supreme court, Further now bjp in up trying for 91% reservation and mp 75% , modi strengthened sc st act by adding 20- 25ish extra scenarios where complaint can be filed and given free compensation from govt and boasted about it before 2019 elections , mp govt spent 100 crores recently in sc st compensations.

Those general category knwoing this will not support bjp for sure...even after doing all this he is selling all resources and psu just like selling tea and using bogus expenses to route money in bjp accounts.

Still people support bjp? After ankita bhandari case I don't think that bjp should get the chair for further 5 years

Technically it didn't. OBC/SC/ST are only based on caste, EWS is not caste based, it is based on the income. So according to court, it didn't violate the 50% rule of caste based reservation.

I hate modi even more, because modi gave ews, and showed opposition the way to bypass reservation cap lawfully. All this bullshit of increasing reservation and private sector reservation started after BJP implemented ews in 2019.
