I love the new prelude, but don't like this new trend of black wheels.

Has anyone seen good looking examples with silver wheels? Maybe some OEM ones from a Civic?

Mine snapped off and the back broke, and I see that this one comes with a lock. Would it be better to just get a handle and then paint match? Should I just plastic weld the old broken one? Any tips?

I recently lost my lip on the highway thanks to someone's fender liner, so I have a chance to change it, but I'm torn. Opinions, takes?

I had a feeling my thermostat was stuck open, car would take 15-20 mins to even get half on the gauge. Replaced my thermostat (surprisingly easy to replace only took like 10 mins). Now my heater works so much better too

By far my favorite update from any horizon game, I’ve been waiting years for this.

All of these cars take inspiration from prelude content creators. Specifically calvinlude, Jake jalea, Alex Rodriguez and ludemeup but there’s aspects that I’d like from other preludes as well.

I have a fifth one not pictured of my own irl 5th gen
(So 5 in total)

Found the culprit for my clutch going out, leaking clutch master, so with the help of some online friends, should have my little hedgehog back home later today!

Technically this is supposed to be my daily but I guess Heather had other plans. No, trying to do a head gasket with no experience at 17 years old isn't stressful in the slightest, what makes you say that? Side note, holy vacuum lines (yes I know I technically didn't need to remove those but that was back when I thought the whole carb assembly was coming out as well. It did not.)

My 1989 Prelude SI driver’s side seatbelt has never buckled and the passenger side would buckle but was very difficult to unbuckle. I noticed that the release buttons were chipped near the buckle mouth so I assumed it was because those plastic pieces fell into the mechanism. Turns out I was right.

Pulled the seats, flipped them over and rattled the buckle a bit and they came falling out. Seatbelts work great now! Just wanted to post in case someone runs into the same issue.

Been waiting for this car. In the current festival playlist for 20 points. Kind of trippy being able to drive my irl car in Forza

Do you guys think these 225/50R17 will fit on my 5th gen? It’s slightly lowered but definitely no nowhere near slammed.

The prelude curse is strikes again, over a year without this car and it had a check engine light 30 minutes later. My OBD port doesn’t scan. We’re hoping it’s something to do with the idle air control valves or a vacuum leak somewhere. Idol is really low when not moving, both in park and drive it sits around 800. Sometimes when I go slow, the whole car starts shaking a lot.

This is probably way too early to tell, but any idea what used pricing will be like on the new Prelude in a couple of years?

I wasn't sure what would be a reasonable comp to compare to. And who knows how long the model will be in production. I'm kind of assuming used pricing won't be much different than new in a couple of years. Basing this on the used car market today, and I think the car will become more sought after once all the hate fades away. Just curious what other people think.

I bought these seat brackets for 320$ 2 MONTHS AGO and they just showed up the other day. Take them out and they look funky. They are not square at all. The bolt holes seem to be the right dimensions IF IT WAS SQUARE

AP1 wheel, direct swap for base model 5th gen, need a notch for SH to cancel turn signals. Feels premium over the OEM one.

Alright guys, feeling stumped. Radiator fan suddenly isn't kicking on, causing the engine to overheat. I've narrowed it down to the switch itself I believe, as when I short the plug, they kick on fine. I was thinking air pocket around the switch but I've tried bleeding it twice and no luck. It's got a brand new aftermarket switch I got during a full rebuild. I just tried replacing with the crusty oem one I have that was still working when it was last used and that didn't do it either. Before I go out and buy another switch, had anyone had this problem before? Anything else I should try?

Any other 6th Gen owners getting a crazy amount of break dust?

Just liked the reflection of the sun on the garage door.
