Selling three Seagate Exos 7E8 6TB enterprise SAS hard drives that I originally purchased from another user here on r/homelabsales.

I purchased these drives for a project that never materialized, so they’ve been sitting unused since I received them. I’m clearing out some equipment and no longer have a need for them.

Condition and Testing

The drives were purchased used from another r/homelabsales member and have not been put into service by me.

I’ve connected the drives using an INDMEM USB-to-SAS docking station. Unfortunately, the adapter does not appear to pass SMART diagnostic information through to CrystalDiskInfo or smartctl.

I can confirm the drives’ power-on hours (POH), but I’m unable to provide current SMART health reports, reallocated sector counts, or extended self-test results.

I want to be transparent about the testing limitations rather than make claims about drive health that I cannot independently verify.
