HellDrip Help finding helmet
Bro didn't tell us what helmet is that and I can't find it either, I think it is a mod but he's a PS player if I'm not wrong

That's partly wrong information.
You don't need to "participate" with playing, all you have to do is logging into the game when a item is provided to the community in that week.

Interacting with the Galaxy Map is part of interacting with the MO.
As long as the Galaxy Map updates the MO updates, and you'll get your rewards.

It's wrong, you don't need to interact with anything.
To get the stuff, all you have to do is logging into the game.
I do it exactly like that since ever and got everything.

While you're correct that you don't have to complete a mission, I think the actual "check" the game does is the Galaxy Map updating.
There are a lot of people that claim logging in wasn't enough, however, I always interact with the Galactic Map so that the MO updates, and then log back out at least once a week. And that has allowed me to get every reward.
So while I have not tested if "simply logging in, not interacting with the galaxy map, and logging out" would cause you to miss the reward, I also wouldn't suggest risking it since it's quicker do than the load screen.

I could test it with the next Major Order. I'll keep track of when it starts and ends on the app, and see if I get medals for it. At least that way we'll have a tested example.
Because there are a lot of people that have claimed logging in wasn't enough. And I want to assume they're not just lying.
But yeah, once my test is done, I'll respond to your message again with an update

I don't need a test. I didn't play for a year and just logged in once every 2 weeks and got everything..
The last helmet, the Hyena, the past capes and so on.

I almost never play recently with my brother's schedule being too hectic, and me playing other games at the moment.
However, every Wednesday I log in, interact with the Galaxy Map, watch the MO update sequence, exit out of the messages, and log back out.
I haven't missed a single reward since the game released. So you definitely don't have to complete a mission, but I think just logging in isn't enough. I think you have to have the MO actually update by interacting with the console.

Ah that must be it because I logged in real quick one of the campaigns showered came back and quit out and left for a trip and didn’t get any rewards didn’t think about loading the console

It's not a mod, it was a reward for one of the earlier campaigns and currently isn't available to new players or anyone who missed that campaign

Since one thing is a Strategem which are always offered to all people, and the other thing is a cosmetic, which is a time limited event.There isn't a single example yet, of a cosmetic which was available once and later again.
So yes, it IS different.

Bro, the Hyena is a weapon, of course it comes back, the same way all gear comes back.
But cosmetics like a helmet or a cape, till today never got given to the community again.
Even that I said exactly that, you're coming up with a second example of gear, which I already stated that all gear the community got at some point, was available again 🤦🏻♂️

I don't understand how you can double down so much on this while being so objectively wrong.
When AH implemented the campaign system they stated that all its rewards would come back around at later dates. That's strategems, cosmetics, weapons, everything.
The outrider helmet will come back eventually, the outrider armour will come back eventually.

The campaign system is only a few months old. That's the difference. How are you not understanding this?
The capes we got for Malevelon Creek, Super Earth, Oshaune and so on were unique rewards, yes, the campaign rewards are not. That's the whole point.
It makes 0 sense to cling on to the idea that only some campaign rewards will come back, especially when we've been told otherwise.

It is a horrible move but unfortunately an effective business move. Making people fear missing out on cosmetics usually gets them to stick around. Instead of, idk, just doing anything else to get them to stick around

Mods don't work like that to begin with. I can join you with mods and unless you have the exact same mods I have, you will never see what I'm seeing. Mods in games like divers are client side only.

It’s the KDM-500 Outrider helmet, it was given out during a campaign as a limited-edition campaign reward. You had to be there to get the gear, unless they decide to re-release it through the scrapped Helldrivers warbond. Besides that, SOL :/

FOMO reward for a campaign in last summer. It will come to all players one day which can be this month or next or next or next or next year or never. It's up to AH to decide when they stop holding them from us so I recommend saint lvl patience
