20oct i got hacked, i admitted i downloaded game on a untrusted website my friend sent me and extract the file. 22oct i format my laptop windows cuz it started to access my acc on all ig/dc/google/tele and alot. I thought it’s done, then today 23oct it’s here again, it even tried to purchase something in my Steam using my card. What should i do to kill it? I’m a noob at computers, should i sent it to a computer shop, do they know what to do? I dont think i can figure how to do it myself
