!?LAED A EVAH EW .MAGOLOH A SI ESREVINU EHT ,NOISULLI NA SI YTILAER

For me it was the fact that he, a being of untold (according to him) intelligence and knowledge was outplayed by such a simple and childish trick. His defeat reminds me of a main JoJo Villain where they are so close to their goal but it gets ripped away from them in seconds.

Also him being subjected to therapy where he has limited to zero power is even more satisfying because the only way to leave is to admit to his faults but his ego won't allow it and he lies to himself that he'll escape one way or another.

we going gravity falls for gravity falls and then i bust out this shit

jokes aside i absolutely love this show!! its brought me so much comfort and brain power

Hey everyone,

I was going through some old downloaded episodes of Gravity Falls and noticed something strange about the end credits of Weirdmageddon Part 1.

As a lot of you know, Disney quietly redubbed the Horrifying Sweaty One-Armed Monstrosity in late 2017, replacing Louis C.K.'s original voice with Alex Hirsch. When they did this, they also updated the visual text scroll in the credits to attribute the character to Alex.

However, the file I have seems to be a weird transitional version. If you watch the clip, the text scroll explicitly credits Alex Hirsch for the role, but the audio playing is 100% the original Louis C.K. track (complete with the improvised "I gotta call my mother" line at the very end).

Has anyone else run into this specific version before? I'm guessing it came from a specific digital storefront or international stream right as the patch was being rolled out in 2017!

Just because Starco is canon, has that stopped others from shipping Marco with practically anything? Do Lumity, Lapidot, Adrienette, and their mere existence make shippers say, "Oh no, I won't be able to enjoy the other ship I like anymore"? No, that's definitely not how the internet, fandoms, and ships work.

And saying that it's better for the fandom if Dipcifica remains non-canon seems especially unfair to me. Why would it be better for the entire fandom if Alex didn't develop something he might want to include in his own work? Because he's not even doing it explicitly, he's just leaving Easter eggs, like with any other element of the franchise. That's what confuses me the most, and indirectly, you're limiting creativity and variety even more by doing that. It's as if I said that Stan x Caine is making Stan x Eda cease to exist, that there aren't even any fanarts anymore, or that it's better for the fandom if Alex stops making references to it.

I freehanded everything with help f4om a ruler, and im so happy with it!

from Dana Terrace's livestream.
