Hi. My family is going through a rough patch and I'm hoping locals can point me toward resources I might not know about.

It's me, my husband, and our two toddlers (1½ and 3). We've had three eviction filings on our record, though two of them were dismissed. The one that stuck was in August, and the full story matters: our housing authority terminated our voucher for not reporting our move, then reinstated it after we requested a hearing — without ever holding the hearing — knowing full well we were housed. But the reinstated voucher came back $31 short of our rent, and neither the landlord nor the housing authority would budge. After the eviction, they tried to terminate our voucher again because of the eviction, then canceled that when they realized the unit was never under contract — but by then our voucher was two days from expiring. So now we don't have a Section 8 voucher either. Since then we've been bouncing between a motel and a tent, and I'm trying to get my kids under a real roof.

Before this, we had 10+ years of excellent rental history, steady employment, and great references. For the last year and a half we've been working hard to rebuild our credit in hopes of buying a place someday — right now that dream feels out of reach, but we're not giving up.

We're already working with UCAN and the Maslow Project, but so far neither has been able to help with actual housing. I'm looking for:

• Landlords or private owners in the Grants Pass area who give second chances or work with families post-eviction
• RV spaces for rent (we're in the process of buying an RV — open to private land)
• Any local programs, churches, or nonprofits that help families with young kids get rehoused
• Advice from anyone who's been through this here

We have steady income — my husband has been at the same job since 2017 — and just need someone willing to look past one eviction.

Im not sure what I want to focus on but I want to try muay thai, kickboxing and maybe some regular boxing. I really don’t have a whole lot of money at the moment which is my BIGGEST hurdle. I’m broke living paycheck to paycheck, trying to save up for a motorcycle for the monthly savings as my car gave out a little while ago.

I’m currently at RCC studying for my GED and didn’t grow up around the area, so any advice on a fighting gym with good teachers to check out would be great! I need an outlet and wanna focus on myself.

Like the title says, I have 2 tickets available for the Rocky Horror Picture Show \*\*this weekend, Sunday, 10/18/26 at 7:00 PM\*\*! Doors open at 6:00 PM.

It’s going to be quite special, as we lost Tim Curry recently (RIP!) I expect it will be a unique experience with fans honoring him in many ways ☺️

I have the printed tickets as you can see.

**The price is $200 total for the 2 seats.**

I paid just about $130 when I bought them at the box office 3 months ago. The tickets online are $200+ per seat now!! 😳

I couldn’t find a better seating chart, but I hope these will give you some idea of where the seats are located.

First come, first served. Cash only.

I can deliver in Medford, Central Point, Phoenix, or Talent but it must be before noon on Friday, 10/16/26.

If you need to pick them up on Saturday or Sunday before the show, we’ll have to arrange something else.

However, No Kings is always a protest to me. I’ve decided to organize an event for those who would prefer to protest rather than be non-partisan.
