been having this every day for a while, its so good :) any bread is fine, one small/medium banana (makes quite a thick spread so half a large one will do as well), a bit of salt (seriously worth it), cinnamon and sweetener, and bluebs (mine are generally frozen). around 125 cals w 55kcal bread and depending on the banana size but i do not gaf when it comes to this blessed scran

Dessert The best brownies you’ll ever have

I’ve perfected this recipe to the point where if calories didn’t exist I would still choose this over a typical dessert. It tastes way too decadent to be under 250 cals, super rich!! The full thing was about the size of an iPhone and thickness depends on how much you spread it out/pan used, honestly larger than the pics show.

Macros:
Calories for the whole thing: 230
Protein: 25-26g
Carbs: 13g
Fats: 8g

Wet
60g 0% Greek yogurt or skyr
25g egg whites (do NOT whip)
11g natural peanut-only peanut butter
Splash of instant coffee
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Dry
15g PE Science chocolate truffle protein powder
8g cocoa powder
6–7g rolled oats (blended into flour)

Structure
1/8 tsp baking powder

METHOD
1. Wet base
Mix until smooth:
yogurt + peanut butter
Then stir in egg whites gently (no whipping)

  1. Add dry
    Fold in:
    protein powder
    cocoa
    oat flour
    baking powder
salt + sweetener to taste (I used stevia)

  2. Rest (DO NOT skip)
    **5–8 minutes (**oat flour hydrates)

  3. Bake:
    170°C / 340°F
    14 minutes

Cooling (critical step)
10–15 min in pan
then fully cool OR fridge 20 min

Dessert Nondairy low calorie

Post image

Just random picture . I can’t have dairy because of acne, but I can’t seem to find good low cal snacks or desserts without dairy. If I want a yogurt most of them have 150 cal just for a little cup and dairy yogurts can have like 60 cal. Does anybody know any good low cal brand of nondairy options? Like yogurt , ice cream?

Dessert Oat fiber-ish microwave cake

I think this belongs here..? Instead of pure oat fiber, I did 2 parts oat fiber and 1 part flour, so it has more calories this way, but it still feels much safer than a "regular" cake. Also, I just cannot get the texture and rise right with pure oat fiber... If anyone knows the secret, please share. I'll put the recipe in the comments, in case anyone's interested
