So I'm 6'2 and I'm trying to figure out how and what I would need to attach a gas and brake pedal to my gokart without removing the original pedals for shorter riders? And I need an idea that doesn't require a welder...

Planning on getting these wheels for the rear, both sides, what are some dirt track tires that will fit these. Or what size are idea for these wheels. If u have any links that would be great . It’s just recreational dirt oval racing so don’t need the best of the best. Thanks!

Way too many hours later it’s done. Photos of the process included. This thing was a wreck when I got it. Missing pieces, junk engine and tires, broken rear axle, everything was seized and messed up. My first restoration since graduating technical school in 2 years. Came out pretty darn good!

I’m considering either a go kart or two atvs for my kids. The younger one is 40 pounds and around 41 inches tall. The older one is a little over 50 pounds and 50 inches tall. Do you have any recommendations for atvs at this age? I’d ideally like to get one that they could both use.

Hi. I'm giving a go to building my first go kart and I want to keep it as low budget as possible. What kind of engine would you suggest for this and where would be the best place to buy it. I got a stage 2 or 3 predator 212 on a go kart.
Its got:
Billet flywheel
Billet rod
22ibs springs
Flat top piston
Racer cam
Gov delete
Vm22 clone carb
Straight pipe

It should be making around 12-15hp on paper. It blew my old stock torque converter rated for 6hp with it. (Who would have guessed.) I need suggestions on what torque converter or clutch I should replace it with to handle the added horsepower. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Thanks in advanced.

I just recently had to replace my side cover bolts for ARP bolts, and to do that you need to replace the dowel pins which requires the removal of the side cover. So I drained the oil that was inside and I opened it to find some metal flakes in the oil, I’ve ran this engine for about 1 hour from low to medium loads. It’s a predator 420 with a .308 cam, ARC billet rod, 60lb dual valve springs, chromoly pushrods and a billet flywheel.

I’m waiting on my new tires in the mail but my build is 90% complete ima lift it a bit install better suspension and some small cool extra stuff but this is it so far 👍

Just got an electro and co drift kart and wanted to know if the plates on the end are supposed to sandwich the frame like this? If anyone has one and knows and could tell me that’d be much appreciated!

I recently built a go kart, but I didn’t like how the regular frame looked so I decided to buy this honeycomb shaped chicken wire I’ve zip tied a lot of spots to hold it to the frame and it feels ti and sturdy and I’m like a good way done, but after asking a friend whether or not he liked it or not, he was skeptical

he said I should paint it black (the chicken wire). or remove it entirely. i’m thinking of selling the go kart soon

Anyone have an idea what this strange rear wheel setup is? I don’t know much but I haven’t saw these before. Also, why is there a pulley for a v belt right by the sprocket? Thanks!
